The hotel is nice and the rooms are very clean even if a little bit dated. The staff is very friendly, they've let me check in a little earlier (because the room was already available) which was very welcome after a long flight. The hotel is on Chaiyapoon street which is full of bars so its definitely not a family destination, but its good if you want to be in the middle of action. The room I booked had a flat screen TV and a balcony. Few days later I moved to a family room which was huge and also had a balcony. Overall its a very nice stay and the location is good if you know how to navigate Pattaya.

1) Both rooms I've stayed in were on 5th floor and I'm not sure why, maybe due to lack of water pressure, the water heater in bathroom didn't work properly. Finally the trick I found to make it work was to turn on the hot water tap so the heater would turn on, then turn on the hot water in the shower and then reduce the tap to minimum. That way you can have hot water in the shower. 2) There is a live music bar/club on the opposite side of the building that is blasting music until 3am. They seem to have a nice sound system as the whole building is literally shaking from their music. It's not hotel's fault of course and nothing they can do, but its worth noting if you're not planning to stay out until late.

Friendly, helpful staff. Big room, Free 2 bottles of water. Very clean, air conditioning worked very well. Despite being on a street full of bars it was quiet in my 2nd/3rd floor room. (G, 1, 2)

For people that can't do stairs, there is no lift. The "free parking" consists of space for one car immediately in front of the hotel. With the help of the staff I was able to move a motorbike so that I could fit my car in the space. There is apparently free on street parking on the main road.

Near entertainment and shopping areas.

So noise until 4:00am daily..

everything worked well: cool air con, hot water, good wifi, TV. nice balcony. overall good atmosphere of old days pattaya. the soi and the hotel are not suitable for couples, but perfect for single men or groups of single guys.

this soi focuses on ladyboys massages, so if you don't like the scene you better stay elsewhere. the soi is messy, noisy at times, quite dirty and rundown, especially after a rain. but this is not the hotel's fault, obviously. also, the street sign shows chayapoom apartment not chayapoom inn as on booking.com

The property is absolutely fine for budget accommodation. It was clean, and the room was adequate for the price. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location is great, right near ladyboy bars and the usual girly bars. Probably not the best place to stay with your mother.

The beds were incredibly firm / hard. It took me a week to get used to it.

everything, it is very convenient , in a pretty busy area of Pattaya with magnificent staff 9/10 it’s also great value for money

only the lift is missing , besides this it’s a 10/10 it can get tiring walking up the stairs specially with big luggage

Friendly staff on reception, room was clean and cleaned daily. The WiFi worked well and the room was a good size. The room faced onto the street which is busy but the window is well insulated so i was not bothered by noise, and the bed was comfortable.

Only stairs to the upper floors which was not a problem for me but maybe others, also the hotel is on a busy nightlife street which may not be to everyones taste.

Location excellent if you want in the heart of nightlife. Staff were excellent so helpful especially AM on front desk.

Sometimes when the band played on Soi Excite was just way too noisy (thankfully mostly at weekends).

Location is amazing, rooms are clean and spacious. All employees are simply wonderfull, especially Am. Highly recommended if you are comfortable in this area...

Sometimes you wanted to sleep early and that wasn't always easy die to the location..

Staff was really nice and helpful. We were very lucky because they upgraded our room for free. The room was spacious and there were no noise even though is located in a street full of bars, probably because our window was in the opposite site of that street.

That should care a bit more about cleaning.
