The room was big. It had a balcony. The exercise facilities.

No real complaints. Some of the furniture and room, was showing it's wear and tear. The biggest complaint is that on my 2nd to last day, Monday, May 13th. In the evening. Someone had entered my room while I was sleeping. Idk how since I had locked it. But it was definitely concerning.

Room refreshed every two days very good service - staff very pleasant and helpful. I stayed here for 16 nights felt at home given the length of stay. Good location and quality of rooms. Pattaya has a lot of offer and this hotel is one of the best in the city it is safe and comfortable and - rooms are cool and it has a balcony it is enough for most people to be happy with.

Breakfast 300Baht chinese food for breakfast but does offer continental breakfast as well. A strange offering for breakfast but then you are in thailand!!! They clear plates too quickly!! I had a half empty orange juice when getting up to the buffet to get more food it was gone! Its amusing. Room TV no english subtitles - need it for the deaf. Swimming pool in wrong place.

It is clean, the pool and fitness room are a big plus. Breakfast is great, staff is friendly and helpful.

The place is across the street from the "business" center, I felt less comfortable with my kids. Otherwise the place is nice.

The breakfast was very good the location not so good because of crossing the roads was an experience but overall very good

The room is spacious, clean. The staff are wonderful with excellent service. The breakfast is great with good selection of food. Easy to get to central Pattaya, about 15 minutes walk.

The only thing is the noise at night. Music, traffic noises are extremely loud, and goes until 4 am in the morning. If you enjoy night life, then it would be ok. Otherwise it can be a real problem for sleep.

Loved my room. Very quiet, and bed was spot. Staff mostly ok. the men were much friendlier. Breakfast was great value for money. The advertisement said this hotel is close to the beach this is not true

The glass bottles of alcohol and smoking around the pool were terrible. Disgusting men with Thai prostitutes getting drunk. Vomit.

Spacious rooms, LK Hotels style furniture, good location for entertainment, average breakfast. Ok staff.

Pay attention to the offer on Booking, when it appears in the breakfast section "breakfast between 7-11", this does not mean that it is included in the price. I was fooled by this statement. Small pool, with sun between 7-10:30, otherwise shade. It is necessary to bring shampoo and shower gel from home, the ones at the hotel are terrible. No bathrobe is provided. Facilities in general for a 2-3 star hotel.no good for family .

Internet was really good and having the air conditioning on all the time made a huge difference when coming back to hotel after a day out in the heat.

Always, a good hotel with helpful staff, I have stayed here 3 times now, comfortable beds with a 7/11 next to the hotel for your supplies, clean rooms, located on 3rd road, a two minute walk from soi pothole for all your beer needs ect, lk metro is also close 5 minute walk away.

For this trip only, my room was on the right side, I found the noise from a local night club some what loud, the club I believe is open this 7 or 8 in the morning, if you are a light sleeper ask for a room on the left side, I have stayed in the pass on the left with no problems of noise, the other solution go join everyone at the club lol

We really enjoyed our stay at the LK President. The rooms are large and well appointed with ultra comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms. There was plenty of storage space and the 270 degree views across Pattaya Bay and the city were amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful (especially the room maid). The food from the hotel restaurant was reasonable both in quality and price. The location is good - on 3rd road not far from Soi Buakhao which is the new centre of the nightlife in Pattaya. We would definitely stay again.

The furniture in the rooms is well beyond its sell by date. With the prices they charge, the owners need to invest in new furniture as soon as possible. At the very least they need to re-cover the sofas which were rather grubby.
