Room refreshed every two days very good service - staff very pleasant and helpful. I stayed here for 16 nights felt at home given the length of stay. Good location and quality of rooms. Pattaya has a lot of offer and this hotel is one of the best in the city it is safe and comfortable and - rooms are cool and it has a balcony it is enough for most people to be happy with.

Breakfast 300Baht chinese food for breakfast but does offer continental breakfast as well. A strange offering for breakfast but then you are in thailand!!! They clear plates too quickly!! I had a half empty orange juice when getting up to the buffet to get more food it was gone! Its amusing. Room TV no english subtitles - need it for the deaf. Swimming pool in wrong place.

The room is spacious, clean. The staff are wonderful with excellent service. The breakfast is great with good selection of food. Easy to get to central Pattaya, about 15 minutes walk.

The only thing is the noise at night. Music, traffic noises are extremely loud, and goes until 4 am in the morning. If you enjoy night life, then it would be ok. Otherwise it can be a real problem for sleep.

We really enjoyed our stay at the LK President. The rooms are large and well appointed with ultra comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms. There was plenty of storage space and the 270 degree views across Pattaya Bay and the city were amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful (especially the room maid). The food from the hotel restaurant was reasonable both in quality and price. The location is good - on 3rd road not far from Soi Buakhao which is the new centre of the nightlife in Pattaya. We would definitely stay again.

The furniture in the rooms is well beyond its sell by date. With the prices they charge, the owners need to invest in new furniture as soon as possible. At the very least they need to re-cover the sofas which were rather grubby.

Loved my room. Very quiet, and bed was spot. Staff mostly ok. the men were much friendlier. Breakfast was great value for money. The advertisement said this hotel is close to the beach this is not true

The glass bottles of alcohol and smoking around the pool were terrible. Disgusting men with Thai prostitutes getting drunk. Vomit.

Great facilities, very clean and luxurious room. Great balcony, very good gym and probably one of my favourite pools because it is protected from the harsh afternoon sunlight.

I rates it 2, but was wavering and close to 3. The problem is not the hotel’s fault; rather it is the absence of traffic lights and a safe way to cross the very busy 3rd room. I think the magnificent gym could open at 6am instead of 8am.

Great value for the type of property. Staff have all been nice, guest friendly, and housekeeping checks in with you if you happen to walk past them. Good swimming pool and not in the blazing sun in the afternoons as the building provides more than ample shade. Gym is decent, even by normal hotel standards; very roomy and all the machines aren't crammed together, and enough variety to at least maintain your physical fitness level; towels and water provided; very roomy decks to cool down and enjoy the city view; lastly, there's a sauna, which I did not use, but the option is there. Lobby has a few well-appointed sitting areas, a business center, an ATM, and a fridge containing water and a few choice local beverages - all very inexpensive. Room was huge, had plenty of storage, and an in room safe.

Wifi was unstable at times, like I lost my wifi after the first day but I just logged into an adjoining room's wifi (and when that went down as well, I just found another room's wifi - password is all the same). If I had to quibble further, I could see that this hotel was definitely a 4 or even 5 star hotel in its' day. Room and bathroom were worn down here and there, not that I cared, but I can see someone else being disappointed with some blemishes, scuffs, and my bathroom's granite (marble?) countertop had cracks and chipping. I enjoyed my stay here and would come back in a hearbeat.

Everything about the hotel worked for me..location, room, balcony and view. Staff were friendly and helpful, cleaners were excellent even when I stayed in bed past 2 o'clock in the afternoon.

I guess if I had to pick on something, it would be the pool, not in a great place on the ground floor, having to access it through the dining room. When you're on the 18th floor it's a bit of a hike. But that said, I don't tend to use pools much anyway. So it didn't impact at all on my very enjoyable stay.

Generally a bit tired not as fresh as,some hotels I stay in ,and beware area is horrible step outside and wish you hadn't bothered surrounded by filth prostitution, I stayed in a budget hotel in jomtien overlooking the beach was much nicer, you can't even get a massage near this hotel as they only offer special massages, hellish Hotel was nice, area a toilet you have been warned unless a sex tourist don't bother.
