The host was professional, always greeted me in the morning to talk about last night's adventures. Also able to give advice in the nature of Pattaya and answer any questions I might have. Made himself available via 2 different messaging apps and told me to call him anytime if I had any issues. All nice personal touches that made me feel valued as a guest. The bed was large and comfortable, I loved the decor for the room personally. The jacuzzi was fun but didn't get to use it as much as I'd hoped. The cleaner was straight in the room as I left for the day Everything was organized and clean. The soi was a busy soi with a number of great bars. It is conveniently located a short walk to soi buakhow and tree town areas which are up and coming after covid. I was made to feel very welcome. I would definitely book again on any subsequent trips.

The location was exactly where I wanted. Meeting Garry on arrival was very welcoming and helpful in sorting out my stay. I saw Garry regularly, and he would help with anything I asked, mainly to do with his local knowledge of the area, as my room had little to no issues at all. The staff where quick and clean in making up my room, even if I stepped out quickly. Overall the room, cleanliness, security, value and service exceeded my expectations, to allow for a very enjoyable trip. Garry can provide local service such a taxi's, local tourist recommendations, food locations and shopping etc with honesty and integrity you can only get from a trusted expat, for Aussies and other expats. The staff at GW Guesthouse and the accommodation was what helped make my stay something I will never forget and made me very happy. I look forward to my next trip and staying here every time.

- Quiet room, I slept well. - Location in the middle of night life Many bars are on the street. - Friendly, helpful and patient Australian manager He explained to me several times and wrote it down where I can book the transfer to Koh Kood. He immediately made 2 copies of the receipt without asking any questions (why you need this...). He got up before 6 am to give me the deposit 1,000 THB. - 7-Eleven and other shops are less than 100 m away. - About 100 m away there is a lady at a stand where you can book tours or a transfer, e.g., from Pattaya to Koh Chang or Koh Kood. - Fast WiFi with no problems in the room - Fridge in the room If you want a quiet room in the middle of the nightlife, go to the GW guesthouse. But for much more comfort at night you should bring your own small pillow or ask the manager for a regular pillow that is not too thick.

- 3 pillows way too high and too thick There were 3 pillows on my bed. I couldn't use any of them because they were too thick. That's what I said to the Australian manager in the morning. Instead, at night I had my head resting on the second towel I folded. - In the morning from 5:00 to 5:45 am there was no water in my bathroom when I wanted to take a shower. I couldn't shower until just before 6am.

very clean, not too loud - direct in the center of pubs and clubs. 10 minutes walk to beach - 15 minutes to walking street ( you walk 10 minutes to the beach, then 5 minutes alongside the beach). surrounded by many local food stores and 3x seven eleven. 10 minutes walk to night bazaar. the owner was very nice and helped with everything ( were inquired about pubs with girls, laundry, etc.). we had the VIP room with balcony and jakuzi / whirlpool. the room was very big and exactly like on the premises pictures.

It was just perfect. The location is in the middle of the action of Chaiyapoon, Buakhao and LK Metro. But the room was very quiet. The room itself is very spacy, tastefully done and very clean. Bathroom is also very nice. It is all way above the usual standard. The bed is also very comfortable. The owner is a very nice and friendly guy who always there to help. The value for money is fantastic. I can only recommend it and I will be back.

The price is excellent, the bed was vey nice, there were nice extras like water and instant latte, the towels and toiletries were very clean and it was very spacious.

Lovely room, great to chill out in the tub. Comfy bed. No knocks to wake you up after a hard night partying. No mosquitos, noise was not bad even with work going on downstairs. Owner Gary and Lek are the best, literally kicked the door in to save me from spending the night on the balcony. My fault. Totally would stay again, couldnt ask for more.

The hosg is absolutely lovely. Gary has been very reaponsive to all my requests. Also housekeeping is done daily, the nice thing is that they waited until I left. As soon as I was back, the room had been cleaned.

If you are looking for a place that is lively, this place is it. I would not book it if you are looking for a quiet place. The hotel itself is no issue, however it is situated in a busy street.

Gaz who runs the hotel is a top guy. Any problems of which there were few were sorted out straight away. Rooms are clean, spacey , good location and all staff were happy to help.
