I like pretty much loved everything about this hotel. It was described as 5 star and definitely delivered on this. Fabulous deluxe suite room with ample storage space, ironing board, and iron, which is so essential for any stay, luxury products, etc, and comfortable beds. The club lounge access was fantastic. Offering al la carte breakfast and buffet, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating both at meal times and around the pool. Food from Infinity restaurant was very good and catered for vegetarians. Just the most beautiful, well maintained grounds to the hotel and layout. I would happily return to this hotel in Pattaya. Loved our stay. Thank you to all the hard-working staff.

Beautiful view, serene and relaxing resort, laze around many pools or lounge on a prive beach overlooking the ocean, watching the ferries and speedboats traversing between Pattaya and Kohlarn Island until sunset. Complimentary shuttle service to city centre was fantastic and convenient Good size room Nice comfortable bed Friendly staff

The ONE thing and the only thing I didn't like, was the disgusting mouldy shower cubicle....That's the only thing, ie. deducted 2 points from perfection. Please spray some bleach into the grout; that will fix it.

Loved absolutely everything! Room was spacious and very comfortable, amazing view from balcony overlooking the sea, the hotel is literally drowning in green lavish tropics. Beds were extremely comfortable, it was hard to wake up and not to miss the breakfast. The food in Infinity restaurant was nice, breakfast was also good with lots of Asian cuisine choices. Service was just spoilingly good! Highly recommended, that's top IHG experience! It's not cheap, but worth every THB spent ))

Very nice room big comfortable beds Vintage atmosphere. No beach. Nice swimming pool one of pools out of service and the big pool tiles are broken :( The hotel is getting a bit old. The service is gentle by bell boys only and breakfast staff & receptionist not freindly at all. Check in and check out very long. We travel a lot. Our problems started right at the reception. They requested 5000 thb deposit (no information about it anywhere though). We booked the sea view room and surprisingly we could sea the sea only if we stand on the bench in the balcony and jump! And yes, there is no access to the sea at all😔

An amazingly beautiful pool. A pampering breakfast, one of the best I've eaten. A comfortable and luxurious bed.

The room was not completely clean and there were cobwebs in the bathtub and even though I complained they did not clean it. The overhead shower in the shower did not work. But they fixed it after I complained.

Oh… What didn’t we like? This was the stay we didn’t wanted to end! We are grateful to the staff for an amazing experience & helpfulness. The resort itself is a gem… The teritory is magical - full of various plants, flowers, it is so cozy to walk in the evenings. The pools are great, not very big, but surrounded all the greenery & are kind of curvy. The very good shape of the main pool creates privacy because of it & you’re not disturbed by other guests. We traveled as a couple, so it was perfect choice for us - very romantic, very calm. We booked a room with ocean view & it was amazing. The room itself was clean, spacious, with big balcony where we liked spending late evenings & listened to the birds. The beds were comfortable, quality sheets, lots of towels & bathrobes provided. The internet was very good. And I really liked that they have pool menu (you can order a lot of tasty things from snacks, cocktails, to tasty light dishes). And the food… The food was delightful! We really liked the Infinity restaurant (were so impressed after the first evening, so didn’t even bother ourselves searching for places in the city…). The menu is small, but the quality is good. We tried something different every evening & were never unhappy. The breakfast hotel provide is great as well - plenty of choices, good desserts, various fruits, juice, hot meals, snacks, pancakes, variety of egg dishes, chefs are great & the staff is very caring. If the word wouldn’t be so wide, we would come back again & again! Loved this place and reccomend for couples who search for relaxing vacation.

We were only sad about the beach. It is not very good for swimming & not very clean. The tides are extremely low in the daytime & in the evening, when the water rises the red flag was mostly up. So we didn’t get to swim in the sea by the hotel. But the pools were great & there are plenty of chances to swim in the sea if you travel in daytime. Despite the swimming, we enjoyed the beach for romantic evening walks.

Great breakfast- Thai and international options. The staff were amazing- prompt and very helpful.

Tea bags and milk in the room were not regularly replaced.
