Amazing view just from your room. Plenty to offer just within the hotel - several pools and private beach. Perfect if you plan to spend most of your time relax in the hotel and connect to a few activities in town with taxi.

The taxi rate offered by the hotel is significantly higher than what you could have gotten from Uber-like app. The hotel offers shuttle service to Pattaya town centre but it is infrequent and at a not attractive rate. A group of 3/4 is better off getting a taxi instead. Airport shuttle is a not free complementary service. Not a dislike but a good-to-know, if you are looking for a hotel that could help you book trips such as a day trip to the Coral island from other service provider, the hotel might not be able to help out except the transportation to the pickup point.

Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with quick access to the beach. The pool was mind blowing with three to choose from, and infinity style hanging over the ocean. During the week there was no trouble finding seats by the pool.

For such a nice room, the shower was a let down as it was one of those store bought, standalone type showers that a grown person can barely fit it. There is nothing within walking distance of the hotel so you have to take a motorbike everywhere.

long queue to check in (took us nearly one hour); pool slides for bigger kids were in a different location (though shuttle serve was quick) and had a weird odour (of sewage) in that area; generally maintenance and cleaning of common areas need more effort; dining options are only few and service quite slow

Everything. The room (I booked the two bedroom suite), the view, the staff, the restaurants, the pools, the spa, the gym, the personal trainers for the kids, kids' activities, and most of all the speed of response of everything, especially the courtesy car.

You need a taxi whenever you leave the hotel. You can't walk your way out

Excellent panoramic views, a number of pools to choose from, rooms are clean with a comfy bed and good shower. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Good choice could be better, a number of restaurants but some closed when we were there so had to leave the resort for better food. Pools are nice but could do with some maintenance

Very kind hotel staff who were also very helpful in organizing activities outside the resort. Top hotel facilities, including restaurants, swimming pools and related services. Excellent breakfast with individual approach of the staff!

Everything except promise was not met and it is hard to find table to sit for breakfast.

1. The reception staff advised that she will telephone and let me know when the room is finish cleaning but NEVER. I had to go back to the reception counter and asked myself. 2. What I saw during my breakfast, it seem that the hotel is under restaurant staffs because so many table were not clear and clean.

Personally, for me, the bed wasn’t the most comfortable. It was a bit hard, but not so bad really.
