The hotel varities of pools compensates the low beach quality of pattaya . the Room facilties will fullfill all your needs even the tiny details like the electrical sockets type .

Even with relative proximity of the walking street. You feel yourself a little detached from the heart of city . The hotel will not permit the cheap transportaion from waiting you at the hotel gate (which is understood) but the hotel has an overprised taxi fees and leave you without any other choises . Also there is no nearby markets to buy the essential needs for you . Also the hotel reception lack the typical tourist programs options for attractions in pattaya (the one catalouge that you could find at any other hotel in pattaya) . Finally the hotel could do a lot of enhancment to the private beach like importing white sand and clean it . The beach was frankly disgusting

The hotel is beautifully maintained and has a lovely beach and plenty of restaurants and a few pools with superb views. We had a mini suite and it was very spacious and decorated tastefully. There was plenty of room for clothes, suitcases etc. There is a small step in the mini suite from the bedroom to the living area and you need to be careful as if you don't see the step its very easy to trip over it and fall because its all white marble and its concealed. A small visible strip or smoothing to indicate the step would be good The corridors could do with some updating but in general all the facilities and views were great and its a really lovely hotel for those who want a resort style getaway.

The location is great if you just want to stay in the hotel and use the pool and beach. However if you want to explore you always need to get a cab due to its busy intersection location. The hotel shuttle service should offer to take you to more local places rather than just up the hill. The staff could not handle the amount of guests that came in over the new year so everything took so long to ask for or sort out.

the service at the restaurant was poor. It was badly understaffed, taking 20 min after sitting down for my orders to be taken and then over 40 min for simple dishes, like a cheeseburger, to be delivered. This was when they were at about 25% of capacity, at best. I was still eating my meals when the bill was delivered to my table, so much for ordering dessert, I thought...

This is a large hotel, with 4 hotels and a convention center on the property. Rooms are old but spacious. They still use shower curtains so it tells you how old it is. This is a great family hotel with lots of things to do and roam around. If you have kids, perfect for a family. But spacious and staff are very nice and well trained. I am a FB Mgr in a hotel in Bangkok so very impressed with the staff. Gentleman at front desk offer me and our family a free bed for 2 days. I came down to ask for an additional bed and he was very kind and gave it to me for 2 days. Thank you. Great staff. From front desk to pool staff. All working very hard. They get 5 stars. Check in was easy and checking out was easy. Pool looks much, much bigger in the pictures. It was nice but too many people at times. The infinity pool was very nice on the higher level. Breakfast could be much better. Give better and more options and this hotel is a gem.

Breakfast was not that great. Coffee tasted horrible. Only 2 egg choices. Scramble eggs and fried eggs. No omlette station. Qualitiy of the food could be better. Have more breakfast options, some more juices, and more coffee choices ( all I saw was black coffee ) Choices of Breads were so so.

Beautiful pool area with a view, private beach neat and clean. You are 15-30 taxi minutes away from central Pattaya, so you get Pattaya holidays without the noise. Excellent for families too.

Always a lot of kind and helpful personnel available in the main restaurant (Panorama Restaurant) but sometimes not very well coordinated. Got the food without cutlery first, got second dish while half through first dish. Rain shower in the room is nice but you should not be taller than 1.75m or your head will not enjoy it.

brilliant service and excellent facilities. The infinity pools and the view was amazing.

location is a bit away from the town. you’ll need a taxi to get out and get in no matter where you go.

POOL!!!! YES!!! Given the location...awesome. it was peaceful and quiet know that Walking Street full of drunks and debauchery was not too far away. Good for families and kids if you're in the Pattaya and want to avoid seeing the ... well you know what goes on there ... not good for kids.

This probably goes for most Thai properties. I am used to travel in the States where Ice machines are available. You would a hotel of this level would have ice machines in every floor. Also the bathroom has little issue with privacy. Great for couples... not great for staying with friends or Teenagers

The pool is out of this world, this best pool in Pattaya. There are actually 3 pools together, a child playground, jacuzzi, and infinity pool. Another pool is transparent in the air and is amazing. The view from the pool of Pattaya is unique.

They are using too much perfume in the hotel, some people may dislike the smell. I guess it is to keep the mosquitoes away, but it is too strong.

It was nice hotel, with numerous facilities

My wife & I unfortunately came down with food poisoning from the first meal we consumed in the main restaurant & we were very I’ll for the entire stay. On the first evening we visited the Breezeo restaurant, where firstly it took 20 minutes to place an order, only after approaching staff & requesting a waiter. Approximately 45 minutes later our food was served, with only a maximum of 10 tables. One morning I went for breakfast & I could not make any selections, where the variety was numerous, but catering just for local taste.

The pool was amazing, definitely worth upgrading to a sea view room. The staff were amazing especially the gentleman who hands out the towels at the entrance to pool. Room was clean and seen to everyday. At times a little loud but nothing excessive

I got stung with a $150NZ laundry bill for a very small washing load which was a shock. The manager was able to get this down slightly when I expressed concern but be careful and get a quote first
