All the staff were very helpful and they was happy to help you immediately in anyway..free coffee downstairs in the lobby where you could socialize or chill on your own.

Every day cleaning of the room(very good) Swimming pool/gym( very good) Slept very well because of where the hotel is situated and the guests staying there..

I've stayed here 3 times It's very clean & comfortable , nice big room. and the staff are very helpful. Daily cleaning with everything fresh including 2 water bottles per day including tea & coffee. The location is a little out of the way if you have walking disabilities, otherwise you won't have any problems . There is now Bolt Taxi App so you can get around very cheaply.

Peaceful location, at the bottom of Soi Bong Koch . 1 km stroll to Soi Buakkao. Many Moto Taxis outside. Spotlessly clean, large rooms, great staff. Good value . Pool is small but adequate , and in the shade in the afternoon .

Really lovely place, we didn’t expect to love it so much. swimming pool on the second floor and communal area. Room is clean and comfortable with a little balcony for you to enjoy. Glad we got the back room so we didn’t hear the noise from the road. We extended our stay as well as we decided to stay longer in Pattaya. Good value for the money! They provide free bikes which is great, you can rent a scooter as well but they only have 4, so ask them in advance/wake up early in the morning to take it.

Away from chaos. Close enough but. 7-11 is 2 mins away. Great local restaurants nearby as well. Overall, very clean and comfortable. Parking is right downstairs, enough bays for 6 cars. And plenty space for scooters. Also has laundry facility downstairs near parking bays. Very decent size room!

I got some ants in my room, on 5th. Not sure how they got there. Water pressure is a common issue with budget hotels, but it's okay. Can hear people talking, walls are little thin. Some small holes on the bed sheet.

The size of the rooms is amazing! They have huge beds and lots of room surrounding the bed. nice big armour, big fridge and nice size bathroom. I especially liked that I could manage the temperature of my water. There is a nice little bar and restaurant across the street that stays open late and play great music and serves better food. There are 7-elevens very close by. They offer drinks in the lobby, (good prices). Overall great stay.

The staff were amazing, very helpful and excellent at providing information. The hotel was comfortable and spotlessly clean.

The room is big and clean and have everything you need. Comfort bed, pillows, fridge, microwave, hair dryer, water heater, air con etc.

Location is the weakest point of this accommodation because it's not on the main road, a bit far from main road. If you use public transportation, it's quite difficult to reach there. It's ok for guest who has private car. Fortunately, there is 7-11 nearby, 2-3 mins walk. The water from shower is weak.

The staff are great, the bed is comfy, good sized fridge, very relaxing place to stay. The hotel is located a bit out of the way, but that's not a problem. Pool is a reasonable size. Really good value for money.

There is nothing I don't like. I've stayed here before and I'm not expecting a luxurious five star hotel. It will do for me.

Nice and rather quiet area with loads of food stalls, 7-11 is a 3 min walk, big rooms, very clean, friendly and helpful staff, cleaning until late afternoon, great value for money
