We used this hotel as a stop over when driving back down South from Chiang Mei and it was perfect. Very clean room, huge, comfortable bed, great WiFi reception and easy check in/out process.

The only thing I can think of is that the water pressure in the shower wasn't the greatest, but the shower was still good. The hot water worked and the shower stall was huge, but after a long drive and no pool on site, we were looking forward to a really good shower to ease the muscles.

Very friendly and helpful personnel. 24/7 reception. Rooms are clean. Comfortable bed: not soft but either not hard. I slept well. Air purifier in the room. Nice shower, hot water. Free slippers.

A bit off the beaten path. No food in or around the hotel. Stone floor. Slightly oppressive interior.

Lovely hotel and thoughtful staff who provided extra hangers without me asking when they saw me hanging some quick laundry to dry in the room. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood that’s just a short 400 meter walk to Central Plaza and 7-11. I would stay here again

The shower wasn’t hot enough considering it was winter during my visit, would’ve been better if the heater worked faster and better.

Very quiet location just outside the city. Spacious room, everything was in good condition and working order. The bed was of absolute quality, with some sort of latex based mattress. Some drinks were available in the fridge.

As usual in phitsanuloke only thai tv channels...no breakfast (which actually didnt matter to me), these days anyone who craves breakfast can always order it delivered with Grab or similar

Hotel location is great, opposite from Robinson. Hotel staffs are very nice, help carry our suitcases to the room. One room got upgrade. The hotel is very quiet and clean, good function. The bed is very clean and comfortable. We can borrow plates, bowls to dine at hotel lobby.😀👌

The staff here were very friendly and helpful. When we had a problem with our car they went out of their way to assist us and resolve our issue. Room was very clean and hotel just a short walk to Central shopping complex. Even though just down the street from the main road into the city, location was very quiet. Seven Eleven just around the corner too. No problems at all and would stay here again for sure.

The staff are very concerned and so caring for my mom who has difficulties walking, and they switched the room to the first floor so she didn’t have to climb up stairs…we are so thankful!! The bed is so comfortable, all basic services are great. Highly recommended to all travelers with elderly

Everything what’s needed for a comfortable stay available in rooms. Green surrounding and clean air. Spacious parking lot. Water and other drinks are available in minibar.

It was noisy while I was there due to a group of people were greeting or talking outside and the room next to me kept open the door in and out . Overall it was a nice place for a short stop to explore the town . I will definitely be coming back .
