This hotel immerses you in the authentic historical Thai experience. Everything about this place is like nothing else I have experienced in Thailand. The atmosphere is so calming that the accommodation is a holiday in itself. The bed is hands down the most comfortable I have ever slept in. And a comfortable bed is very difficult to find in this country. The hotel is away from the road so it is really tranquil. We really loved the historical feel of this place and everywhere you look there is something else amazing to see. Fantastic pool and plenty of car parking. Excellent value for money for a quality hotel.

The only thing that slightly detracts is the location. It’s just a bit of a drive out of the main area of town but that wasn’t really an issue for us as we had a car. The other small thing was the access driveway can be easy to miss. They could really benefit from a larger sign at the main road. But these were only very minor issues and only added to the tranquility of the place.

It was absolutely beautiful, historic and surprising. A hidden gem. The restaurant was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful.

There was a smell of drains from the toilet that permeated the room at night. The bed was a bit too soft and the pillows too static which left us with stiff backs and stiff necks in the morning. The beautiful staircase was well polished and unfortunately also a bit too slippery so I slid down the stairs to the reception in the morning. Fortunately I was not hurt and everyone rushed to assist. The property was quite difficult to find, and better signeage would have been helpful.

Not even one chair in the room, there were no light switches near the bed so if you are reading in bed you have to get up to switch off the lights. The bathroom was separated from the bedroom by a glass wall and the curtain inside the bathroom was not large enough to cover completely the glass.

The hotel is an absolute marvel! We loved the architecture and the interior of this fantastic place, feeling there as we would stay in a noble house from the time of Sukhothai kingdom, full of stories and history. Beautifully decorated, this place gives you the feeling of living in the past, at the same time offering the luxury of a modern hotel. The staff is amazingly attentive, welcoming you like a family member. The restaurant gives you the chance to enjoy delicious Northern style dishes, served with love. We stayed in Shinnabhura Historic Boutique Hotel twice within 10 days. And we would always choose it in the future. Shinnabhura made our stay in Pitsanulok a highlight.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. Just hits the right tone. Staff friendly and attentive but not pushy. The rooms just perfect sized with all the necessary amenities. The facilties well played out and easily accessible. The breakfast buffet was well run and the food nice

My single minor complaint ...the shower curtain around the tub could have been a little cleaner.

Comfy beds. Breakfast good. Pool relaxing. Food at resteraunt amazing. Rooms are well equipped. History and art at the museum upstairs is a great addition to the hotel, very nice to see the crafted weaponry and armor.

Location is a little hard to get to and not many things to do close by. But it's great place to stop if travelling to another province.

A period style hotel with a really good restaurant and comfortable rooms. Car parking was available just a short walk from the hotel.

The room could have had 2 chairs so my wife and I could sit down together. Around the bath/shower there a drainage channel which I constantly seemd to step into. Not very pleasant and they could have easily had a simple slated wooden cover.

We liked the historic Thai atmosphere of the hotel. It was very special.

As a boutique hotel, everything is not 100% practically designed. There is a lack of shelves for storing your clothes. We had the smallest type of room.

Its a beautiful boutique hotel with lots of Thailand historical part. The decoration is beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful especially the one in the restaurant. The bed was comfy and big.

The noise from the road outside the hotel very noisy! The room was a bit dark and not much light. The location of the hotel was a bit far from everything especially if you got no car.

General design, convenient location

A little bit crumped in its location. Not much space around the property. Shower in bathtub. Still had Christmas decorations which do not do justice to the historical design of the property. Some carton boxes in the lobby also is sad for the harmony with the design.
