We loved the swimming pool and the place had a really fresh feel after being redecorated after we last visited 2 years ago. We LOVED the pool and how relaxed it is and great for families

We had a great stay. The rooms were simple, nice, and clean. Not luxurious but good value for money. We traveled with 2 families and all kids had a great time and enjoyed the pool (nice and clean). Some people wrote about PU aggressively selling their travel options to tourists. I did not feel like this. She runs her business and there is nothing wrong in pointing out what is on offer. The TukTuk trip and boat trip she suggested were great, comfortable and well organised. So you might get away a bit cheaper if you organise things yourself but we were very happy with all her suggestions and we felt it was good value for money. The breakfast ordering was a bit chaotic but PU was always very quick rectifying small mistakes from staff with a smile. And the quality was very good and not too expensive. Our son forgot some stuff on the boat trip and PU quickly organised the next day to get it delivered to the Hotel. I have only good things to say and it was a pleasure talking to PU about her backpacking trips. I wish you all the best.

Pool was fab for the kids to dip straight out of the room. They also liked the tiny dogs at the property. Three beds in the family room worked really well for our slightly older kids. Breakfast was good - fruit and eggs. When we arrived the next boat tour was leaving in 15mins - they kindly rushed us on it which was a great way to spend the evening. The street outside is good for coffee, food, beers without having to go far.

There are mosquitos all over Ayutthaya - NOT the properties fault - but bring bug spray / long clothes.

Very clean and in a good location near cafes and bars and market. Walkable to historical park. Pleasant pool and good breakfast in nice surroundings. They change your bed linen every day which is appreciated. Thank you Sue for your kindness and help ! Sorry not to see you before we left.

There was a beautiful view of a small lake with water lilies from our little balcony. Unfortunately the chair cushions outside on our balcony were all faded,frayed and badly torn and did not make it inviting-just a small thing but new cushions would make all the difference!

We enjoyed our stay! Mrs. Sue made our experience special with her engaging conversations and very British sense of humour. She also makes delicious pancakes for breakfast, that I totally recommend! The location is convenient, temples and the night market are within 30 minutes walk, and there are many food options nearby. The room is not very specious but there is outside space with tables and sofas.

The swimming pool is quite basic in my opinion, but certainly it’s not the most important thing in Ayutthaya

The breakfast was the best we had in two weeks touring Thailand and the staff were delightful

We had SPECIFICALLY requested ground floor rooms as my wife cannot climb stairs. On arrival we discovered that they do not have any ground floor double rooms and it was not their fault as they had not been informed by Booking.com of our request. Consequently we had to pay extra for a family room which is the only rooms they have on the ground floor. Not impressed with booking.com

This is a nice hotel located near restaurants and bars. The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. We used the pool after a day of temple hopping and that felt very good. The pool is well kept. For breakfast there is a lot of choice. We came by car and could park the car in the street. The owner is very friendly and organises tours on the river around the island.

The transfo in the room makes a lot of noice at night.

The staff were lovely, some have less English than others, but they were all super helpful. For those that like dogs - there are 4 of them about ( well behaved). We had problems with mosquito's in our room - once we informed the manager they immediately sprayed the room and gave us an electric plug-in. We had breakfast included, which was a set menu with hot drink, juice, toast, some fruit and eggs of your choice - we were happy. The pool and garden area is on the small side, but a great place to relax.

It would have been nice with somewhere to put clothes in the room- a wardrobe or clothes rack, but this was a minor issue. We had to log into the WiFi every time we went online, would have been nice if it was set up so we only had to do it once. Also a minor issue.

The staff are wonderful,friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is large, clean and refreshing after a hot day visiting the sights. The garden areas are well kept and there is plenty of seating. Good wifi and they look after you with coffee and water. Also a gift of bananas when you leave. The family have been improving the resort. They have recently redecorated the outside and new mattresses arrived the day we did, they were very comfortable. Location is brilliant.

Minor detail but there are no coathangers/wardrobe . Ok for short stay but perhaps something that could easily be remedied.

First time in Ayutthaya from check in to check out the P.U inn resort was amazing the staff was very helpful and very kind they offer scooter rentals as well as a boat tour to two or three temples and a beautiful view of the sunset pool was warm the days we were there and everything was very clean also very close walking distance 2mins to restaurants and bars also have a 7-11 maybe 5mins away perfect location and was very quiet at night for being so close to the road thanks again for an amazing stay can't wait to return
