Absolutely everything!! Was so amazing 10/10 comfort, stay, customer service! We got a free upgrade from the deluxe king room to the pool villa!! As it was our honeymoon, we were so thrilled and gobsmacked with this! So generous and kind of the Avista staff! The food was delicious, the pools were amazing and the swim up pool staff were so helpful and friendly! Highly recommend! We definitely will be back!

The staff (I would mention Mr. Jag and MS. Keow but there were definitely more that would deserve a shout out) which were exceptional. The size of our room and basicaly all facilities: restaurant, pools, gym, greenery and quitness within the facility. The Kids Club was also perfect and the ladies taking care of our children absolutely wonderful.

The only thing would possibly be the open barhroom concept where I lack practicality.

The hotel was beautiful. The room was wonderfully cool despite how hot it was outside. The facilities were wonderful. The staff were outstanding. Helpful, sweet, so polite and approachable. Nothing was a bother, they all seemed genuinely happy to work at the hotel and help you.

Amazing resort with beautiful rooms, quiet and peaceful location with great views. The hotel restaurants are fantastic, we felt in love with Tambu. Great for couples that looking for great quality and relaxing vacation. We got an upgrade for an amazing jacuzzi villa, really recommend you this kind of room with second private outdoor floor. We didn’t want to leave the room and added two more nights in this beautiful hotel. One of the best experiences was cooking class by mama Duu , the head chef. Really recommend! She’s one of the best in the area! If you like culinary its a must!

The stuff is trying their best and very kind, but it’s hard to communicate sometimes, not everyone on the lobby really speak English and sometimes they just say yes with no understanding, so it’s been confusing. We didn’t get our room service couple of times or had some small issues because of the misunderstanding, but it’s very common problem in Thailand. The location is tricky. It’s a drive distance from everything, the closest beach is 30 min by walk, but it’s one of the most beautiful beaches in Phuket.

Facilities, room and food were fantastic. Very terracing hotel .

We were told upon arrival we had a free upgrade to our room. However upon checking out we were charged 4000 baht for 2 nights . When challenged at reception the said they said we agreed at check in but that was not true. Given our taxi was outside and we had to get a ferry we had no time to wait around to resolve . This then but a bad end to our fantastic stay at the hotel and now will not return.

The half board package does not include any drinks for your dinner and you have to buy them on the side (not even juice). Half board package you have to pay extra fees for dinner depending on the meal you have chosen. What’s the use then might as well just book for breakfast only and don’t include dinner because you are limited

One of the most beautiful properties in Phuket. Really big rooms with Balcony, really quiet, delicious food and really good food menu. Breakfast buffet has endless options for all nationalities. Rooftop lounge is really beautiful and with great music and perfect for sunset views. Little far from Patong but there are several free shuttles to Patong and Karon

It’s a maze and you will be lost at times.

Lovely grounds, lovely room. Clean, quiet. Loved it. Loved that there’s both jacuzzi at the patio, and bathtub in the room. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

A SMART TV would be better. Wanted to play some nice music but ended up only playing it from my partner’s tablet. The room slippers looked used. Brand new disposable ones would be great. The removal rate of water in the bathroom was slow and I had to watch the amount of water I was using so the bathroom wouldn’t flood.

We are here now for a few days. Tomorrow we are leaving. So good time to write a review. Hotel is super clean. Nice people. Brand new. Showers bath TV that actually has channels to choose from. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were so friendly and accommodating (they truly made our trip what it was). They helped us to celebrate our anniversary and my partners 30th. All three pools were all beautiful and quiet.

The half board wasn't very good for a long period - lunch and dinner were only available in one restaurant and the menu didn't change at all. It was also wasn't great for vegan.
