Unfortunately our room was close to the roof where several air conditioned systems work with noticeable noise during the night so resting hasn't been very comfortable.

Renovated hotel at the southern end of Patong Beach. Very quiet, no music or parties in that end of the beach. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. We traveled with kids, and they were always entertaining. The rooftop pool is fantastic. Breakfast was included and was great, and a la carte (finally not buffet!l)

This is just incidental, but since we were traveling with 2 infants using strollers, our room was in the mezzanine of the second floor, so we had to go down a couple of stairs after the elevator. That was painful since we had to carry and manually lift the strollers between 2 of us every time. I would recommend the hotel to avoid using that room for guests with strollers or wheelchairs (which would make the access impossible).

The room was stunning, comfortable and huge. I wanted a relaxing weekend next to the beach, and this delivered exactly that. The bathroom had a massive tub, so I was able to chill in the bath which is a nice luxury. The pool had a fab view over the beach. The location is good if you don't want to be close to the noise and bustle, there are still bars and restaurants nearby so it's not isolated. The main strip is a 15 min walk away, the beach is right across the road.

Really nice hotel in crazy Patong beach area. On the quieter part of the beach but close to all the bars and restaurants. Staff were really friendly and the room spacious and comfortable. Great location across from the beach.

Staff were friendly. They helped us with early check-in ( about 3 hours before the actual time) The food at the restaurant and cafe is delicious and reasonable prices.

slightly far from the centre of Pa Tong , but it wasn’t big issue for us as we wanted quite place.

Very pretty furnishings, lovely staff, comfortable and at the quieter end of the town. Excellent pizzas too!

the hotel has a rude Receptionist forgot her name, and for some unknown reason they play the national anthem early morning very loud daily!!

Very good value. Staff friendly. Great sea view rooms available. Very nice location away from the madness of Patong but a few minutes walk and you are in the busy streets.

Everything about this hotel. It is small but comfy place and perfectly decorated. The view from rooftop pool is spectacular. The hotel is on the main Rd of Patong with view onto the beach straight across. Bangla road is nearby for nightlife. Trips to Big Buddha etc are easy to arrange from the hotel.
