Busy location - if you looking to be close to night life and Bangla road this is for you. - if you looking for a quieter holiday away from the hustle and bustle of Phuket then this place is probably not for you. Directly opposite the Patong pier - pro: easy access to Yona beach club, boating activities - con: can get very busy and noisy esp when the cruise ships dock for the day More vegetarian options for breakfast would be nice. Drinks tasted watered down

The location is very good at the other end of Patong Beach before Amari ramp. It is good for families and anyone who doesn't like living in the middle of the Bangla scene in patong. But still if you want to go there it's about 15 min walk or so. It is walking distance from 7 eleven and Malin Plaza. It has a nice pool. The sea is directly in front of you. Room size was good as well. And it had a balcony. The staff were very friendly even though the first time I spoke with them I was tired and angry, but they treated me professionally and tried to help with everything within their power.

For my brother, he is a gym addict and wished if they had even a small gym room. But there is a big gym within walking distance as well. Also, when the ac is on, especially at evening time there is weed smell in the room. Which, wasn't comfortable for the family. I am not sure where it seeps in from. But the staff tried to help and use a diffuser machine to keep the room smelling normal. It wasn't a bulletproof solution but it helped and showed their willingness to help and I appreciate that.

The location was nice for us, because the hotel is located almost at the end of Patong's coastal road, meaning things are more peaceful. All staff were very friendly and kind and willing to provide any information needed. Even those who were not fluent in English, always tried to chat with us with a smile, making our staya bit more pleasant. There is also a restaurant in the hotel, however didn't have the chance to try it, because we prefered wandering in different areas. The room was very comfortable. The sea view was also nice and calming, speially during the sunset. Also, a deposit is required during the check in (If remember correctly it was 2000 Baht), so have some cash ready for it.

I will try to be fair here. The hotel cannot be "judged" based only on my criteria, without taking in consideration what the standards are in Phuket and more specifically in Patong. Common areas (eg corridors) could be more thorougly cleaned. Also there were signs of mold in the room, mostly due to humidity in Phuket, which is common. I ought to say that we mentioned that to the reception and they removed all of it, so at least they reacted immediately and that's appreciated.

This hotel provides a haven from the streets of Phuket and offers seafront views. Our fourth floor room had a large balcony with great views of the beach located across the road from the hotel. Our room was bright and sparkling clean thanks to excellent daily housekeeping. The communal areas round the pool are comfortable, clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet offered a range of options including eggs to order. I really enjoyed the cooked Vietnamese options each morning.

The corridors at the back of the building leading to the rooms seemed rather cheerless- perhaps a few hanging baskets of plants would improve the ambience?

It is located in Patong beach but it is very quiet and peaceful. It is just 10 mins walk alongside Patong Beach to Bangla Road. Every unit has it's own balcony facing the beach and it is very chill as the road in front is not full of cars or bike travelling. We stayed there for the first 2 nights and extend our stay there for another 2 nights as it is cozy & relaxing. There's a 24-hour 7 eleven 3 mins walk from the hotel, which is very very convenient. Staying here will have a balance of crazy nightlife and a chilling daytime. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Phuket next time.

The pillow and the TV. I would suggest you install some android TV that have netflix or any other system as this place caters to more chill and relaxing guest.

The breakfast was pretty tasty. The location was pretty nice, with the beach just across the road, plenty of restaurants around and the famous Patong area in walking distance. The room was cleaned very nicely. The receptionists helped us with many of our bookings, like the waterpark and gave us information on other things to do around Phuket.

There was a step before the front door, which we hadn't noticed a couple of times and tripped over it. There was only a small breakfast range. The pool was a bit small. We had left a bag of clothes on the floor on the second day of our stay, then when we returned to the room in the evening we didn't see it, after checking our bags; on the last day, we asked the reception if they had seen it, but they said they hadn't and didn't do much about it, so we lost two pairs of designer leggings.

The staff were extremely pleasant and friendly. In fact they make you feel like you're visiting extended family. The location is absolutely beautiful at the edge of Patong Bay so you get the full view but not the hustle and bustle of the center. The premises are very well maintained. The lunch and dinner menu is exceptionally delicious.

The breakfast is sufficient but maybe could add some variation to the menu.

Perfect location, located within 5/10 minutes walk of the centre however just that perfect distance that it was quiet at night. Rooms were Morden and spotlessly clean. All staff members gave us a warm welcome and helped us throughout our stay as required. Staff members couldn’t be more helpful. Manit the security guard was super friendly and really chatty. Nick the manager was really helpful with his recommendations of bars / food places at our next stop on our journey. Amazing view onto patong beach and the bay.

Excellent customer service. Room was spacious and clean, Nick and his team re as on couldn’t go enough to help. A most enjoyable stay👍🏻

The only thing I would say is the bar was being renovated during our stay so it was not completely functional! On the flip side the current bar looked perfectly fine, so I can only say that it just goes to show the commitment to making the hotel a great place to stay.😁

- the bathroom had no small face mirror - the base setting of the air condition is too loud and the wind speed too strong - a few more coat hooks and hooks in the bathroom would be good - the breakfast could have a few more variations - the table was a bit small for working
