1. The staffs were friendly and accommodating. I loved how they always serve with a smile which made me felt welcome. 2. The location - perched on a hill overlooking the Indian Ocean, some of the rooms (and most villas) have ocean view although it was quite a distance from where I was standing. The infinity pool of the villa (Villa 204) had a good view too. 3. The Villa 204 - big and spacious, able to accommodate a family of 2 adults and 3 children with addition of beds. The design was like a cocoon shape complete with a bath tub (my kids enjoying it with their bath bomb), separate toilet and shower room. Dining table was where we enjoyed dinner together as it was raining non-stop during our trip to Phuket. 4. Complimentary shuttle from the resort to Patong beach which saved us quite a lot of money, as the standard rate to travel within Patong is around 3000-3500 Baht one way (even Grab charges higher sometimes).

1. The buffet spread - for a 5-star establishment, the buffet selection was surprisingly below par. I had stayed in Four Points by Sheraton Phuket Patong before and it was impressive compared to Crest Resort. It didn’t help that they were quite short-staffed at the restaurant which made the service a bit slow. Good thing is that they tried their best to serve us.

Very nice hotel with a beautiful pool. In the perfect location with regards to being just that bit away from the manic atmosphere of Patong. They do a free shuttle once every hour in the evening to take you into the centre. The staff were very nice and the pool is located just behind sunset. Would recommend this hotel!

It’s definitely worth upgrading to the panoramic pool villa, loved our stay & the views. The staff & cocktails were great

It’s a little hard to get your cases around because of the hill. But there’s plenty of staff to help get your cases when you check out.

The villa was big and as discerption. View was breathtaking specially during sunset. Villa was clean. And the pool was amazing (note for Hijabi girls: people out there can see you" Most of the staff were super friendly "specially, Ammar and Phon" There was a hose "shattaf" in the toilet

Toilet has no privacy. Sometimes it took the reception so long to answer our call "We had to call them everytime when we want to go out because its difficult to go to the lobby area without a golfcar"

It is a really nice place to stay. Has a lot of amenities. The food is very delicious, the rooms are spacious. The staff is really polite and helpful. The view is amazing.

We had a car, which needed to be parked on the parking lot of the resort, which was down the hill and from there a golf car picked you to bring you to the lobby. Sometimes we had to wait 10+ minutes for the golf cart, which is not very convenient, especially when you are in a hurry. Also we were in a room facing the lobby, so some nights there was a lot of noise coming from the hallway or from the lobby (at 2 or 3 am) and it disturbed our sleep.

Everything is on standard, beautiful landscape, 100 percent clean and it is so beautiful 😍 It's heaven on earth 🌎 Even wondered who's the owner.. Its top notch 👌

I think Couple of things are uncessary like average to poor people still need to come to such places when they saved right Paying 5000 before entering the room it's insane as you never mentioned when we book but it appears after booking... Charging ice bucket its insane.. Normally I can't afford such hotel but being in it also made me remember that am not rich as people who were there... Tea,sugar and milk was for one person yet they know it's 2 people who stays there I was afraid of touching anything else more enjoying my vacation Just my thoughts thou

Location was close enough to Patong and main drag but secluded enough to give you a chilled vibe if desired. Breakfast was Delicious with lots of options. Room was clean and made up every day, comfy bed and great air con. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

The main pool was lovely but not many attendants about and often hard to get a lounger but was okay other than this. At a glance we found the hotel not very accessibility friendly, however there are several lifts etc just not very well marked which is frustrating since the resort is on a super steep hill.

Our family villa was really great! It was so spacious, had a great view and we loved having our own pool! the hotel staff were all very helpful and accommodating, they made our stay so comfortable. The breakfast in the morning had a lot of variety and types of food on offer. We enjoyed the pool and swim up bar where we spent many afternoons eating the great lunch / dinner options they had on offer. The shuttles to Patong Beach were very useful and any other taxi trips we needed were easily arranged by the hotel for us.

We had a lovely time so can’t find any faults really. The only thing that would have helped was one more shuttle back from Patong beach in the evening as the last one was 19:15 which sometimes felt a bit early. One last shuttle at 21:15 would have been ideal.

Fantastic views looking over the beaches and escarpment, especially if you have a pool access room. I would absolutely stay in one of these or a pool villa. Friendly polite staff and large rooms. The main pool area has a swim up bar and staff made really great cocktails and a bonus they are really reasonably priced for a resort.

The location was up a steep hill and almost 10 mins drive so definitely not walking that in the crazy heat. Grabs are difficult to get to hotel so taxi it is. Getting around was quite costly as we went out a couple of times a day. (over $50 AUD) Breakfast really let this resort down. For the prices charged you would anticipate better quality and variety of foods. During our visit they were also renovating part of their main pool area which is quite unsightly.

Our stay at Crest was nothing short of amazing! The villa was spacious and impeccably clean, and having our own plunge pool made those late-night swims absolutely phenomenal. The H2O Bar at the main pool was a highlight—the cocktails were crafted to perfection, and the service was fast and super friendly. The food? Delicious! Breakfast had a fantastic variety, and we loved the flexibility of ordering meals any time of the day. A special shoutout to the housekeeping team, efficient, responsive, and incredibly thorough. They kept everything spotless with a warm and welcoming touch. Overall, an incredible experience, we’ll definitely be back!

Not about the hotel itself, but the taxi service they use. Unfortunately, our ride to the airport was unpleasant—the driver was rude, drove recklessly, and kept cursing at other motorists. Given that the hotel facilitates these bookings, it would be great if they could pre-vet their partner drivers to ensure a smoother, more professional experience for guests.
