The villa was big and as discerption. View was breathtaking specially during sunset. Villa was clean. And the pool was amazing (note for Hijabi girls: people out there can see you" Most of the staff were super friendly "specially, Ammar and Phon" There was a hose "shattaf" in the toilet

Toilet has no privacy. Sometimes it took the reception so long to answer our call "We had to call them everytime when we want to go out because its difficult to go to the lobby area without a golfcar"

Our family villa was really great! It was so spacious, had a great view and we loved having our own pool! the hotel staff were all very helpful and accommodating, they made our stay so comfortable. The breakfast in the morning had a lot of variety and types of food on offer. We enjoyed the pool and swim up bar where we spent many afternoons eating the great lunch / dinner options they had on offer. The shuttles to Patong Beach were very useful and any other taxi trips we needed were easily arranged by the hotel for us.

We had a lovely time so can’t find any faults really. The only thing that would have helped was one more shuttle back from Patong beach in the evening as the last one was 19:15 which sometimes felt a bit early. One last shuttle at 21:15 would have been ideal.

Fantastic views looking over the beaches and escarpment, especially if you have a pool access room. I would absolutely stay in one of these or a pool villa. Friendly polite staff and large rooms. The main pool area has a swim up bar and staff made really great cocktails and a bonus they are really reasonably priced for a resort.

The location was up a steep hill and almost 10 mins drive so definitely not walking that in the crazy heat. Grabs are difficult to get to hotel so taxi it is. Getting around was quite costly as we went out a couple of times a day. (over $50 AUD) Breakfast really let this resort down. For the prices charged you would anticipate better quality and variety of foods. During our visit they were also renovating part of their main pool area which is quite unsightly.

I liked being in a location slightly away from Bangla road etc. great views, close to some ideal spots and the staff in particular were good. Jung made the whole experience 10x better

Private pool villas were fantastic, the view was hilarious, the size was great, the atmosphere was relaxing, i loved it and i definitely recommend this to everyone, but in the same time, you need to consider pool access rooms as they are closer to the crowd

I felt like reception staff knowledge about Phuket is limited, they were not able to recommend anything to me, even for the trip that everyone knows about, they were not able to help me with that. Usually hotel staff are the best people to advise you on where to go and how to go, but unfortunately @ Crest, the staff were not helpful in that area, other than that, they were friendly and nice. Lastly, the location of the hotel up the hill, will cost you a bit more as Taxi's and TokTok's prefer not to go there

Great location, beautiful place, friendly and helpful stuff.

I did not like they are reusing flip flops and slippers in hotel. These things should be always new, it is not hygienic to provide it to every customer who stays there. We did not have nice view from our villa and unfortunately we couldn’t change it.

We really cannot fault this hotel. It was our first stop in Thailand and it exceeded all of our expectations. We arrived early due to our flight and despite our room not being ready we were brought to an air conditioned lounge and were told we could rest there for awhile. Once we got our room we were thrilled with the cleanliness and comfort. The facilities are fantastic and the hotel offer a free shuttle service into Patong which was brilliant. We also booked a fee trips through the hotel and the staff were incredibly helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Private Pool Villa and my kids enjoyed their time.

The hotel was stunning, we were really sad to leave. We booked a Premier Villa room with a private pool. The view from the room is breathtaking that combining the open sea and exotic vegetation. The hotel staff was nice, service and courteous, and met all our needs. We also booked a massage at the spa and it was dreamy and accurate. Highly recommended no doubt we would like to return to stay at the hotel.

In case the hotel owner reads the recommendation, I would recommend strengthening the English of the wonderful staff.
