My recent stay at this hotel near Old Town exceeded my expectations in every way. The location couldn't have been more perfect, with Old Town just a short stroll away. Upon entering the room, I was pleasantly surprised by its spaciousness - it was even larger than I had anticipated. The balcony offers a picturesque view overlooking the inviting pool area. The hotel's ambiance was delightful, contributing to a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere throughout my stay. Additionally, having a Tops Daily nearby was incredibly convenient for any necessities or snacks I needed. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, comfortable accommodations, and excellent amenities.

You couldn't wish for a better location to explore Phuket Old Town. 2 local markets, with incredible food. Indy market, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday night, the wonderful Sunday Market, which is amazing. Supermarket over the road and cafe at the front of the hotel. Rooms are huge but slightly outdated, with the pool area needing some work.

Musty smell in the room when we first arrived, don't think the room had been used in some time Needs some updating and cleaning around the pool area. The location made up for the few faults!

We wanted some extra pillows but we're told we had to pay extra? First hotel ever that's said that and we dare not ask for an extra towel too. Outdoor balcony seats had no cushions...maybe had to pay for that even though they come with them normally from a shop! Also only 1 shampoo and 1 shower gel toiletries for a couple people? Odd...didn't want to ask for a bit more either!

Location was fab. Entrance to hotel through their cafe. A cheap and friendly laundry service can be accessed through the parking door at reception and is 2nd shop on right. Night street food market opposite. Bellinees bakery cafe was opposite too and great for breakfast some days. Hotel so close to phuket old town, walking street, etc All streets around have lots to see. Behind there are plenty of local no frill places to eat well and cheaply. One that I rmenwbr for being no frills but yummy was advertised as Boat noodles. We ate well there. DEFINITELY DON'T MISS NAKA NIGHT MARKET, fab live music, enormous so doesn't feel as crowded, much better than (WALKING STREET THALANG ROAD).

Close to Phuket old town, nice swimming pool area and they have a nice café in the hotel. Cleaner staff are very kind.

Every hotel should have transport organization to the airport

The Lobby is very well decorated and the coffee place is very convenient for breakfasts or snacks. The pool area is also very nice to chill around. The rooms were very spacious and exactly as advertised. The personnel was also very helpful at every stage of our stay. The location is also very convenient, very close to the restaurants and the heart of the city

We have nothing negative to say

The room filled with tradition furniture and the balcony looking over the tree ringed pool made us feel like we were on an island rather than in the middle of a busy city. Having a kitchenette was really good so we could eat as and when we felt like it, and there was a supermarket and bakery just across the road. The pool was small but well-maintained with plenty of sun loungers. It was lovely to cool off there after a hot day of sightseeing. The location is great if you want to explore the town or catch a bus or boat to one of the many beaches on the island.

The staff weren't particularly welcoming and we didn't experience the usual traditional Thai hospitality.

The room is very spacious with a kitchenette and balcony with chairs. TV has many channels with a few in English. Great location, as it's in front of a small mall and night market for inexpensive eating. Also many restaurants within walking distance and the main street for the Sunday walking street and shops are near as well.

There were no utensils nor plates in the kitchenette.

We booked two rooms, 4 adults and one child. The room is big, and the staff cleans and changes towels every day There is even an owlet next to sink (for fan or in our case, electric toothbrush) We had a bathtub and a shower in the room. Location is great as well

I wish there was an option for breakfast. There is a coffee bar with limited products, however, there is a supermarket and a bakery just across the street that solves this as well

The location was excellent, nearby the Old Town, in front of a mall with a Tops supermarket, close to restaurants and cafés. The room was large with good natural light, a big fridge, a desk, and a kettle. Nice clean bathroom with a good shower. The café at the entrance of the hotel was exceptional: perfect to start the day with a freshly brewed coffee. Lovely staff, from the Reception ladies to the cleaners. They were all very professional and friendly. Excellent value for money.
