Extremely comfortable bed. On the quieter side of Phuket town near the old bus hub. Bikes available for use as the walk into old town center is about 10 mins. Feels like a grown up version of a hostel with nice library and co-working space.

Pool on the smaller side (mainly for chilling and not for laps). The hotel is starting to show wear and tear. Cracked tiles and some stains. The sink outside of the bathroom set up was a bit inconvenient to use.

Excellent location nearby old Phuket town. Fantastic pasta place right next door that's open until 10pm. 24/7 self-service laundry available. Free bananas almost always available 24/7 Free 2 small bottles of water daily when they clean your room. The air con was good. Decent shower pressure. Most of the staff can speak decent English. There is a lift in the building to help move your luggage around. The indoor aesthetics is neat. Pool available most of the day.

Wifi availability is intermittent at best and not reliable. Luckily we had our own esim connected to the local mobile data and used hot spot to get by. There is a slight odor on arrival but not their fault that there is a river/creek nearby. You do get used to it. Unfortunately the smell was noticeable on the balcony with the hot tub so we did not get to use it at all. (Some may have privacy concerns using the hot tub as it is semi exposed). Noise control is minimal - if there are inconsiderate guests, you can hear them walking past the hallway.

Hotel location is a short walk from historic Phuket, there are few sidewalks so it's not an enjoyable walk, but it's not bad either. Free bananas and purified water in the lobby. The room is exactly as expected, basic...but clean and the A/C worked well. They provided 2 bottles of drinking water in the room fridge.

Breakfast is basic with boring white bread slices, instant coffee and everything had meat on it. We asked the receptionist if we could get something without meat and she said not today but she would tell the kitchen for the next days. The next day there were eggs without meat and tomatoes. So all good. We walked to the nearby french bakery for a beautiful loaf of sourdough which we used as our breakfast toast.

The Staff is super friendly and professional, especially their Manager Doy and Bua.. made the stay very comfortable. The Amenities and Room are just enough to make your stay comfortable

The fact that we booked months in advance with a request of receiving the top floor, and they delivered! So far, everything we wanted, asked for was always provided! The hotel staff, the cleaning facilities, everyone was great and sweet and they were always helpful. The hotel is centrally located and there's so much to discover! It was a lovely stay, we will come again! The room was super big, the bed was really big, and very comfortable, with huge fluffy pillows, perfect for a pillow fight! The fact that there is a shower and also a bathtub on the balcony is just a highlight that you do not get to see everyday! The hotel is really clean, modern and is an eye catcher from outside too! I already miss it and wish we could go back and stay a little longer! Next time definitely!

Modern stylish hotel which is located few minutes by walking from Phuket Old Town. Also great location, in case you would like to take a taxi/order trips with shuttle bus service for some trips around Phuket. Bananas and some cold drinks available for free throughout whole stay.

Overall, the hotel looks really nice. The only negative thing I would like to mention - if you want to use the bathtub on the balcony, go swim in the pool or sit outside to eat the breakfast, there is a quite strong smell, especially throughout the hot day, probably from some sewer right behind the building. The balcony has a smell and hotel also sells the aromatic foam for the bath, but still it didn’t help with covering it.

Nice pool, nice breakfast, free bottles of water and bananas, kind staff, clean rooms, and modern style.

The hotel it's beautiful undeniable, staff it's great, a lot of free amenities (bottled water in the room, 24hr refreshments and fruit, smart tv, etc), everything it's close by (including old phuket, pharmacy, 7 eleven etc), and spacious room and bathroom.

The outside area has a weird smell not very pleasant, including at your balcony (maybe from the sewer or the small channel/river close by). Breakfast is okay with a few options. The bathtub outside the balcony is fun but no privacy at all, especially because you can see the street and everyone can look at you.

Friendly welcome from staff who all have some English so good for travellers. Nice foyer area. Didn't use the pool but looked okay - I don't think you should book here if that's what you're looking for! But for a quick cool down it would be fine. Nice spacious rooms with clean furniture, big bed, great aircon. Shower was nice & powerful. Check out at 12 is good & I saw they keep bags for people which is handy! We didn't use working room but WiFi was brilliant & space looked good. Nice touch with bottomless tea & coffee plus bananas & salty crackers for your stay. We had breakfast included which was basic but still fine. Can't complain as the price was insanely cheap. Really convenient area with 5 min walk from old town. 7-11 & pharmacy just around the corner & a 20min walk to a shopping centre. Great for a clean & convenient stay for travelling around.

I wouldn't advise using the bath in hot season as canal water runs below & smells. If you have no sense of smell you can go for it.
