We liked that it had a lift which stopped working the day we checked out but a staff assisted us with bringing down one of our luggage from 5th floor. It had an area downstairs near lobby where you can sit. Staff were friendly- smiling. Walkable distance to night market.

There was no safe box in our room. The shower had no curtains so water splashed out onto toilet at times. The water in the shower SUCKED- it was either too hot or cold, no in between. There was no fan in bathroom so it could get quite humid. The room itself was run down- had some water damage in one of the corner ceiling of the room. It had a balcony but no chairs or table. The a/c sometimes felt like it didn’t cool room as we would like it.

A great Hotel for a short stop over, located a short walk from the old town center the hotel was ideally located for exploring the city on foot. Despite its central location the rooms were quiet. The staff were exceedingly helpful and pleasant. And the egg roll for breakfast is a must try.

The breakfast did not have a lot of options to choose from, and the shower in my room was leaking water from the ceiling. I think it required some serious maintenance.

The staff were very helpful and happy to try to give advice on where to go or eat in the surrounding area for dinner for example. The hotel offered a decent menu for breakfasts, and tea, coffee and orange juice and water is available too. The room was clean and had fresh flowers in - daily I think. Room cleaning was very good. Being in Phuket old town was great as my girlfriend and I were happy as it is less busy than the beach areas in Phuket, and also close to the small shops and some great places to eat and drink. Central Phuket shopping centre is only about 35 minutes from here too.

The room we had was a little tired though only in the bathroom, and that lighting was a bit limited.

The staff are warm, nice, and approachable. The view is wonderful, the ambiance is cosy. All in all, I like my stay in the hotel.

Some facilities may need some maintenance, especially the elevator which appeared to be seasoned already. The shower in our room (507) seems so hard to function properly.

Nothing. Considering how cheap it was, I was pleasantly surprised. I brought my own eyemask as the blinds didn't fully cover the window, but it was no issue.

Location was excellent as it is a walking distance to recommended places, cafes and restaurants. Staff was very helpful in assisting my inquiries and service was excellet throughout my stay. Moreover they are very friendly.

Room light is a little bit dim but still fine for the stay.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and we felt very welcome. I stayed here with four other friends and we were given great recommendations for activities to do during our stay, as well as the best markets to visit. The facilities were spotless, and we were able to get our laundry cleaned at a very decent price. The shower pressure in the bathroom was great, with instant hot water. I would 100% recommend this hotel to everyone!
