Location is close to the old town ( a must go) within walking distance, and there is lots of tour agencies with reasonable prices Staff are super nice, we had a small issue with our room where the drainage were slow and they instantly changed the room and make sure we are comfortable and happy There is a spa next to the hotel which is really good and offer a discount to hotel residents.

Nothing huge but they don’t arrange trips, so you need to spare time to book with agencies in the town or prior to your visit, I will suggest town as the prices and itinerary are way better English is not too great, so can be a struggle sometimes but honestly they try their best. Breakfast is set menu however they are so flexible and you can easily mix and match between options

Everything! The staff was very kind and friendly. The room was large and very clean. The location is perfect - right in front of the hotel there are 7 eleven, laundry service and shuttle to the airport. It is very close to the weekend night markets.

The room size was good. Picked the location as we had a ferry the next day for koh phi phi. Set breakfast was served in the room, it was okay.

Nice hotel with lobby and elevator. Rooms were very spacious and nicely decorated. Everything clean and functioning. WiFi and air conditioning without problem. Situated close to the city downtown or central bus station which makes it a perfect starting point for exploration of surrounding areas. Breakfast is delivered to your room at the time you choose in the evening before. There is a safe, fridge, microwave oven and a coffee set in your room.

Breakfast itself is not that good. The juice is in a box and not very tasty and the pineapple is the worst I had in Thailand. Sadly there is no pool in the hotel, but you know that when making a reservation so that's no big deal.

A great location and friendly staff. The property looks unique with its decor and set up. Located very close to old town market and other useful facilities makes it a great place to stay. The rooms are very different in lay out and give you a vintage vibe. It’s different but good.

The rooms are great but also need to have the suitable accessories. The pillows were old and hard , the bed sheet on day 1 was torn and had to be changed after it was informed to the staff by us. This was least expected.

Handy location, walking distance to the centre of Phuket Town (Sunday market). Clean and spacious room. Some of them have been refurbished so make sure you get one of those! Generous breakfast servings.

Older rooms smell musty and damp. We had to ask to change for one of the newer, fresher rooms. Standard of spa was lacking given the prices. Luckily, guests get 50 percent off. But full price is expensive!

Our search for lodging in Old Phuket Town included the need to have a kitchenette so we didn’t have to dine out for every meal. We knew there would be some days that we would just stay in to catch up on work too so we wanted more than just a bed and a bathroom, something a little more spacious. The Executive Deluxe room at Sino House worked out great for us! There were two comfy chairs over next to the window, a big bed that was tucked away in an alcove, and even a desk. Although there wasn’t a full kitchen, there was a microwave, mini fridge, cups and plates in the room. The fridge was even restocked with water and soda each day. As an added bonus, a hot breakfast could be ordered each evening and it was delivered to your room when you woke up. The staff were very friendly and even arranged for an early check in for us. They also offer luggage storage, which was very convenient. We highly recommend this super affordable place if you’re visiting Old Phuket town!

The hotel has a green area opposit to the hotel as only outdoor space. It would be a Nice place to sit. Presently, there is only a bench and a very dirty and filled ashtray. If I was the hotel owner, I would improve it right away

The number is really big with a big windows. It is a nice view from the window on a big tree. You can prepare your food in a microwave. It is located in an old city. A lot of cafes are around. There is a really convenient workplase for a notebook. Wi Fi is well enough. The 7-11 shop and laundry is located on the other side of a road.

Very clean, meticulously cleaned every day. The interior design was perfect in the room and the building itself. Room lighting was well designed. Breakfast was delicious. We visited Phuket Indy night market on Friday, Old Phuket town night market on Sunday, both locations where a walk away. Spa was excellent.

AC was loud, either it is too cold or too warm, couldn't adjust it perfectly.
