Beautiful accom. Lovely staff. Rooms changed daily, if you wanted. Bathroom perfect and supplies checked daily. Some reviews complained traffic was too loud, it was difficult to cross the road, aircon too loud and wifi bad. I didn't find traffic noise bad at all! Close the door! There was a security guard who helped you cross the road at busy times and if you turned aircon fan speed to 1 or 2, it wasn't too loud. I never had my fan higher than 1. I was studying while on holiday. Didn't have an issue with wifi at all! Really, this place is such good value.

Nothing really. First night I thought the pillows were too high, but now I'm thinking of getting similar at home. Beds are a bit hard but after the first night I didn't notice.

This village is perfectly located, not far from Patong beach where you can hang out, but far enough from the noise of the city. it is a very quite and clean place with an amazing pool where you can enjoy a pool bar. The staff is reactive and very nice. Our room had a view to the sea and the pool, was spacious, cosy and very confortable. It is a perfect value for money. I just have to say that the breakfast wasn’t good at all. Except that, everything was perfect, so I will recommend this place !

Very good location plenty of eating options nearby. Easy access to the beach. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was somewhat disappointing. The choices were limited and what there was was satisfactory at the most. The coffee machine broke halfway through our stay, a note was placed on to say that it wasn’t working for three days then it’s disappeared. The hotel has a good swimming pool but a very busy road runs alongside the hotel so it’s not a very quiet area. The road noise didn’t really effect the rooms though.

We loved the location, such a great place to be close to all the markets and cafes,, but also close to beach!

Majority of staff were absolutely lovely and very friendly! One lady at reception was not however and it impacted our stay a little. She charged us for a stain on a hand towel which was us cleaning up some fruit juice - we should have just left it for cleaners and we wouldn't have been charged

The staff were polite & friendly, good size room. Bottled water daily. close to the beach & a great restaurant ( Sabaijai cafe & restaurant)around the corner. The pool is a good size & there was plenty of deck chairs around the pool. Breakfast was ok, omelette bar was good.

Total lack of rubbish bins around the pool. on one occasion empty beer cans & bottles were left in the pool area for 2 days before they were collected.

The location is pretty close to the Karon beach, not really a sea view, but a small lake (stayed on the second floor). The staff was super friendly, greeting during check in and assisting with the luggage. The swimming pool was great with a pool bar (affordable prices for food and drinks).

The hotel room was quite old and need some renovations.
