Loved every bit of the hotel and the staff. The staff made us feel at home. Blue carina became our home away from home. Rarely do we get such friendly and sweetest staff always smiling and greeting you when you pass by. Loved how they saw us off when we left from the hotel. They literally stood at the door waving us bye until we were out of sight. The services were all top notch. Rooms were also very clean and they were always available to solve any queries or problems for us. Didn't feel like leaving.

The location is ok, if you need to go to old town is 15 min by car or motorbike, which you can rent at the hotel so that’s great. But if you want to walk it’s a bit far. The staff was very friendly, the area was quiet and some restaurants around. The swimming pool is beautiful and clean. They did an upgrade of my room so it was much better!

The breakfast doesn’t have a lot of western options. Most of them were asian. Still ok for us because it was one night The rest everything very good!

The hotel is located in a very convenient location for me, seven eleven and shops are very close and there are big malls and supermarkets nearby. The pool is very nice and the staffs are really welcoming. When we first arrived, they offered a variety of free welcome drinks. There is also a laundry service and a free washing machine that anyone can use. The front desk can also help you call taxis.

Hotel is amazing! Way better than I expected and I can't see any problems.

Good room -The room is spacious and clean. Cozy and comfortable. Kind staff -They even accommodated a late check-out. Also, I had made a mistake in my payment, but they politely explained it to me.

Breakfast -Breakfast was supposed to be at 7 AM, but it was not open. I told the staff and they accommodated me, but I was a little nervous because I wanted to move early in the morning.

Spacious room, large bed. Good size bathroom..It was cleaned daily. Large swimming pool and the staff were great, friendly and helpful. Really great place to stay. Also great breakfast and location was very close to 2 large malls and several great food places, Domestic or Thai food.

The pool furniture was in bad need of replacement and there was not enough.

The staff in reception are very accomodating and lovely same with the housekeeping staffs always smiling and if you have some problems in your room they will help you without hesitation! The hotel is near to groceries and central mall.

The staff was attentive, very approachable, and always available to help. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good with Asian-style and Western options. The swimming pool area was very good and a nice place to enjoy in the afternoon. The hotel is not located in the center of Phuket, but there are some nearby restaurants and a shopping mall with food options just 10 minutes away on foot.

This hotel is fantastic value for money! Amazing A/C and we loved that they rented motorbikes! Pool was great and room was serviced everyday.

The bathroom was outdated and could do with a revamp. The pool was not checked very often and guests left rubbish around and in need of more pool furniture. Outside areas could do with a revamp.

I liked everything about this hotel. It is in a very good location close to a very big mall, it is close to many local restaurants and little cafes. Close by there is a 7/11 and fast food chains. The rooms were super clean, there was always hot water and the pool was also nice. The staff members were also extremely polite and kind and very very helpful.
