Breakfast was good and you can make different choices between your morning meals including youghurt, granola etc. You can also take good coffee and fresh juice, one day we get tasty pancakes and that was awesome!

1) I linked my debit card to booking.com account and make a booking for this apartments and on next day they sent info that money cannot be hold from my debit card cause they are need only credit card, i go further by the link and make payment for this reservation. When we arrived they didn't receive payment from booking.com and can't get keys from the room about 20 minutes and we stay at the lobby with our stuff. Not so good when you travel about 8 hours by the car. 2) Add some bacon to your breakfast eggs and this will make it incredible )

Amazing place to stay in Phuket. The room is spacious, clean, the bed is SO comfortable. The pool area is also really nice - small, but not crowded at the moment, so I enjoyed it. Staff was always polite and helpful (thank you for the umbrella!). The location is great: 1 minute to 7-11, 3 minutes to the central mall with lots of shops, places to eat, etc. Would definitely stay there again

We stayed in Trabelodge 5 nights. We have been initially placed in a room on 4th floor next to the elevator, however we got worried it will be noisy, so we asked the staff to change the room and they immediately arranged it. They gave us 415 the last room on the floor. It was quiet and we enjoyed good night sleep. They were very efficient blackout curtains, great water pressure and good shower. We liked it was 5 min walking distance to Central Phuket mall. Next to the hotel was 24h laundry and you pay 150BHT for washing and drying. You could find also massage parlor and pharmacy as well. 7/11 was 10 min walking distance. Breakfast at the hotel was 500BHT for 2 people a bit pricey, but good, you could find different options to chose from. The hotel had nice design, we definitely enjoyed spending time in the pool, even when it rained. We could order cocktails as it was all day long Happy hour. There is small gym with dumbells range 2.5kg to 25kg, a bench, a cable machine and few cardio machines. It worked fine for me. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

There was one thing that we weren't happy about and that was that their restaurant wasn't open for lunch and dinner, only for breakfast. So you have to organise and eat somewhere else. We mostly ate in the mall. Also in the description said that the hotel provides a free shuttle to the Old Town, but during our stay it was not operational as they said they have no driver at the time. So we used mostly taxis and Grab for transportation. I would recommend if there is changes, they should update the information in Booking.com, so it is accurate and up to date. That way people can have a more real picture of what to expect and do not get disappointed.

staff could be more helpful, we asked reception if we could book a taxi before 8:30am to catch a flight and they said no they can’t help us

Noise from construction site next door but didn’t bother us so much After 22h it’s difficult to find something to eat or drink in the area About 45min walk to Phuket Old Town and not a lot Not a lot of Grab / Bolt taxis in the area Rooms were clean, but they should clean stains on walls/ mirrors

I love this hotel and had a wonderful stay staff was very friendly and professional will visit again.

it's was too far from Patong Beach but that's not a negative just wish it was closer

The hotel is new, well maintained and super clean. It is only a 5 mins walk to Central Floresta Mall where food and shopping abounds. Whenever you feel like staying in, you can just dine at hotel's restaurant or simply order room service. Swimming pool and gym plus hotel also provides limousine service at competitive rates. Very helpful staff, esp at the front desk. I would strongly recommend this hotel; its location and facilities and value for money.

I cannot think of something that is amiss at this time. Perhaps, the restaurant can provide an option for meal sizes? Eg: for noodles and rice dishes, menu can be enhanced with top up option for rice/noodles so those who are hungrier can opt for more carbo by paying a bit more. Sure beats ordering 2 sets of the same meal.

Highly recommend we stayed 7 nights and everyday our rooms were cleaned with new towels. Location is perfect there is a 7/11 close by and also laundry and pharmacy. Staff were friendly and well attentive, buffet breakfast is also a must great and high quality food. You also can order food throughout the day upto 10 pm the chef menu also has some of the local dishes. Pool and gym are also great always clean and available! Location is close to many of the activities and also have a travel person on site to book for activities. Highly recommend it is worth every cent and one of our best stays here!! You will not regret it and definitely exceeded our expectations!!!
