Rooms were bright, spacious, comfortable, cleaned when requested. Very well priced for budget conscious traveller. Lady in charge friendly and spoke good English. Close to beach, 7/11 food store, money changing office. Soi Dog pick-up stop at front of building. Close to large food market.

Don't take credit card. 'Never' saw anyone at reception the whole time I was there.

The room was fine for the price and the location was the most important for us as we had a flight out the next morning. The beds were decent and the room was clean.

The check in area and sitting room for "coffee and snacks" was unrelentingly hot and when we waited for our taxi to take us to the airport, the staff were not very accommodating. I asked if we could turn on the AC for just a few minutes while we had our coffee and they said no. The "breakfast" was toast and jam and we were seemingly scolded for using some butter from the refrigerator to add to the limited breakfast choice. I wasn't impressed with the way the staff treated us upon check out.

great location, quick walk from a beautiful beach with plenary of great food nearby. great staff, I accidentally left my phone behind and they recovered it and held it for me, (and a charger I didn’t even know I left behind) were easy to contact and super helpful clean room, hot water showers, great air conditioner large room for a good price also a quick and easy ride to the hotel for free (it’s nearby the airport too so a great place to stay after a long day out travel but not too close that you hear the planes)

honestly no downsides

I was there for one night only as I had a one day/night in Phuket before getting my flight home. I decided to stay close to the airport to 1.save money on taxi and 2. my flight home was very early in the morning so I did not want to add a long taxi journey. The hotel is literally 5 minutes from the airport and they offer free transportation. They pick me up from the airport for free and I paid 50B the next day to go back to the airport for my flight home. I looked around and local taxis were asking 400B for the same journey, a rip off also considering the short journey. The hotel is very simple, no swimming pool but it is 5 minutes from a lovely beach and also there is plenty of bar and restaurants, there is a 7/11 just next door. I would not stay very long in that area, I beleive Thailand has much nicer scenery to offer but with a 1 day/night-wait between 2 flights, this option was perfect. The value for money of this hotel is excellent, I paid 1080B (equivalent to 30 euros) for the night and my room was very clean, the bathroom was nice and big and the bed was confi. I would absolutely stay there another if I had to do another transit night.

Great location with lots within walking distance or a quick motorbike ride. Bed and facilities very comfortable. Property was very nice and clean. the airport pick up was great and very quick and convenient.

would have been good to have a couple of chairs on the balcony and a bin for rubbish.

Efficient and quiet a/c. Small balcony. Fridge. Ok bathroom. Good bed. Good cleaning everyday. A few restaurants and a 7-11 (without alcohol) nearby. 5 minutes walk to a nice beach. 10-15 minutes to more restaurants and shops by the beach. Worth the price. For breakfast I recommend the buffet in any of the hotels closeby. 250 bath. No staff in the reception, but that is no problem to me.

All was ok.

It was great that it included airport transportation. The location was perfect. There are massage parlors, restaurants, a street market, cannabis and nail salons around the corner.

The air conditioning was a little loud and didn’t get cold enough, but it was still comfortable.

Close to the airport, free shuttle and late check-in Only stayed one night, but the lobby is really chill and cosy and the rooms were clean and spacious. Great bathroom.

Staff doesn't talk well English and they got no change when we paied the room so we had to find the exact amount but it's not that big of a deal.

the receptionist could be a little more welcoming. She was okay just not as warm as other hotel receptionists I experienced during my stay.
