The property was very unassuming. We were greeted with a beautiful and sincere welcome and a welcome drink to go with it. The staff member was Prach. What an amazing man. He is the epitome of excellence in customer service! Prach explained everything we needed to know about the hotel, from the restaurant, breakfast hours, pool and drinking water fountains to what was around the hotel that we may need. He was everywhere! Front reception/ bar , to clearing tables in the restaurant. Checking the pool area and assisting whoever needed his help. His happy, attentive and genuine interest in his work and every guest made our stay very memorable. We felt at home at this hotel and this was because of Prach. The hotel itself was clean and had everything we needed. It was comfortable and had a great size shower. The water pressure was a bit light but we managed. Breakfast was minimal but ok. We had the waffles one morning and then they didn’t have them. I asked one lovely staff member if she had any on one occasion when there weren’t any and she actually made my daughter and I some!!! So appreciative of the effort! The pool was a long one on the roof, which was lovely and clean as were the facilities, shower and toilets. Also being on the roof you had sun all day so perfect for tanning! The hotel was a very short walk from a local market, 7 eleven and around the corner was the beach with lots of shops and outdoor eating. We will definitely stay here again. 🤗

Very clean room, with plenty of greenery outside the balcony. Room space is adequate enough. Like its blue color decors. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Wi-Fi is good. Not many power sockets to use, but still manageable. Like its idea of getting drinking water from the dispenser with the glass bottles provided. Love its rooftop pool, enough chairs, and long enough for a good swim if it's not too crowded. Staff are very friendly. Welcome drink during check-in. Standard buffet breakfast, but is good enough, the food are ok. There's an in-house cafe. Very close to the beach and convenience stores.

For some rooms like ours, the balcony is fully wet when it rains, as there's no roof over it. Soap dispenser's cover in the bathroom very flimsy, could easily dislodged from the wall.

Having stayed here a year ago I was impressed with the friendliness of staff, the cleanliness of the hotel and the food in the restaurant. It is close to the beach, the market and the 7-Eleven supermarket. It feels safe to be here especially as I was travelling alone. The staff on reception were very helpful. The rooftop swimming pool is fabulous and runs the full length of the hotel with sunbeds and shades. I used the restaurant a few times and can highly recommend the food, there are more choices in the restaurant than shown on the information page on the tv in the hotel bedroom. I feel more people would use the restaurant if they were aware of all the choices they could make. It would help the hotel to update their information page.

Nothing the stay was perfect again.

It was incredibly thought through from the layout, to the smart tv for connecting devices, the water filters for unlimited water any time, the stunning pool area, the location. We stayed in 3 other places in phuket province over 3 weeks this was definitely our top fave!

The al a carte breakfast was cold if you weren’t down to get it in the first hour of breakfast time.

I've only stayed for 3-4 hours as I booked this hotel to kill my time before the flight at midnight. The staff were more professional and prompt on all my questions and requests - even more than the famous branded hotels while the room and the bed was way above expectations. I would definitely try this hotel on other occasions. Water was also cleaner than 5 star hotels in Patong area.

Nothing with this hotel but the taxi pick up driver called at 200 bth was extremely rude. The worst driver experienced in my +10 visit to Thailand/Phuket.

I have stayed in this area before, but wanted something closer to the beach and restaurants because I would only be staying one night before heading off to the airport to another country. I was welcomed by super nice staff and got a welcome drink. The room was incredibly spacious and the beds were so comfy that I took a nap twice... The bathroom was also very clean. The next morning I had to leave really early and it was no problem to start breakfast a little earlier. The breakfast is not the biggest, but you can expect fruits, bread, croissants, granola-like things, warm breakfast... So that was amazing for me! Checking in and out was also really easy. I would love to come back here!

Modern hotel, clean room, friendly staff. The room has an electronic system not only for climate control, but also, for example, for cleaning schedules. Breakfast starts at 6:30 - convenient if you are used to getting up early. The sea is 5 minutes away and there is a swimming pool with sun loungers on the roof. So you can alternate between the sea and the roof depending on the weather and mood -)

What can be improved. Dishes in the restaurant - it would be nice to see fresh juices and seafood. It’s not critical, since there are a lot of other restaurants 10 minutes away on the coast where you can go for lunch and dinner. And leave the local one for breakfast.

We loved our stay at kokotel! The hotels location is on a quiet road leading up the beach, about 2 minutes walk to the beach and other restaurants. The hotel is very smart and modern, the rooms were bright, spacious and clean. The bed was VERY cosy and comfortable, most beds we’ve stayed in are hard so this was a nice! We loved the facilities in the room, we had a large desk with a lamp it was a great space for working and their safe was large enough for a mac ( 13-15) and other valuables. - The roof top pool had incredible views, there was plenty of loungers and places to relax. - very clean. Check in was quick and smooth, we were able to check in a little earlier into our room. The staff were all welcoming and lovely, we had a really good stay here! We will definitely be back if we visit Nai yang beach again!

Very clean and comfy, well equipped breakfast was standard, friendly staff, very close both to the beach and markets, stores etc.

Tv had no English channels

The beach is close by. The family room is nice and single beds are wide, also soft enough. Tv was big. Breakfast was ok. Thai dishes were the best. If you can have Thai food for breakfast, you will be fine.

As we arrived there was a very strong smell of mold in our room. I got a headache. I told the staff. They moved us to a family room at the same corridor, which did not smell. Very good room. Overall quality of furniture is not great - the paint is peeling etc but we didn’t mind.
