It was incredibly thought through from the layout, to the smart tv for connecting devices, the water filters for unlimited water any time, the stunning pool area, the location. We stayed in 3 other places in phuket province over 3 weeks this was definitely our top fave!

The al a carte breakfast was cold if you weren’t down to get it in the first hour of breakfast time.

Very clean and comfy, well equipped breakfast was standard, friendly staff, very close both to the beach and markets, stores etc.

Tv had no English channels

breakfast could have more healthy choices

I have stayed in this area before, but wanted something closer to the beach and restaurants because I would only be staying one night before heading off to the airport to another country. I was welcomed by super nice staff and got a welcome drink. The room was incredibly spacious and the beds were so comfy that I took a nap twice... The bathroom was also very clean. The next morning I had to leave really early and it was no problem to start breakfast a little earlier. The breakfast is not the biggest, but you can expect fruits, bread, croissants, granola-like things, warm breakfast... So that was amazing for me! Checking in and out was also really easy. I would love to come back here!

A modern hotel with a fabulous rooftop pool. The staff are excellent and always willing to assist.

Modern hotel, clean room, friendly staff. The room has an electronic system not only for climate control, but also, for example, for cleaning schedules. Breakfast starts at 6:30 - convenient if you are used to getting up early. The sea is 5 minutes away and there is a swimming pool with sun loungers on the roof. So you can alternate between the sea and the roof depending on the weather and mood -)

What can be improved. Dishes in the restaurant - it would be nice to see fresh juices and seafood. It’s not critical, since there are a lot of other restaurants 10 minutes away on the coast where you can go for lunch and dinner. And leave the local one for breakfast.

We loved our stay at kokotel! The hotels location is on a quiet road leading up the beach, about 2 minutes walk to the beach and other restaurants. The hotel is very smart and modern, the rooms were bright, spacious and clean. The bed was VERY cosy and comfortable, most beds we’ve stayed in are hard so this was a nice! We loved the facilities in the room, we had a large desk with a lamp it was a great space for working and their safe was large enough for a mac ( 13-15) and other valuables. - The roof top pool had incredible views, there was plenty of loungers and places to relax. - very clean. Check in was quick and smooth, we were able to check in a little earlier into our room. The staff were all welcoming and lovely, we had a really good stay here! We will definitely be back if we visit Nai yang beach again!

Nothing! We loved it all.

The staff were great - friendly and helpful! The room was well-designed and new and the shower is strong, and hot water comes fast. The pool is probably the best deal if you'd like to swim near the sea without getting sand everywhere.

Breakfast menu was limited but serves its purpose. Due to COVID, nearby shops are closed and have to walk along the beach-side road for a distance to reach a family mart and restaurants that of course charge tourist prices. Hotel facilities wise, I guess the only complaint is the musty smell that accumulates in the room when the aircon is not on and the washbasin being too flat (water and grime gets trapped in the corners), but nothing deal breaking.

Veeery comfortable bed, amazing rooftop pool, so close to the beach, lovely staff, exellent with water dispenser to fill up your bottles, and all in all just a really easy and comfortable stay. There is a great market close by, and I generally loved the location a bit away from the most touristic part of town, 7-eleven just down the road, a beautiful temple, and lovely beach.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Kokotel Phuket Nai Yang Beach hotel. Our stay was exceptional. The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay. First, the location of the hotel is so convenient. And the staff were incredibly hospitable, friendly, and helpful. When we needed assistance, they eagerly helped us. And every day we were looking forward to the breakfasts, as the breakfasts were full of fresh and juicy fruits for any taste.

I liked everything.
