the room was superb and the private pool was lush, bed was super comfy and all the staff were so nice!!! they even gave me a cake and sang for my birthday.

restaurant is overpriced, !!!! private pool was super dirty and other hotel rooms can see directly into it !!!!not accessible in monsoon season as the hotel floors get super wet making it very dangerous. area is quiet but okay.

This hotel (opened in aug 2023) is brand new and the room we had was nicely decorated, with a balcony overlooking the pool and a spacious bathroom. There is a big closet for hanging clothes. The reception was helpful to organise transport to the airport (300bth). It is amazing that you can be only 10 min away from the airport and already in such a holiday vibe at this hotel, that is on the street across from the beach! Btw, we did not hear the planes. The beach is gigantic and there is a strip with restaurants and food stands (all walking distance).

I liked the overall look and feel of the hotel . It’s only 7 months old . The rooms are nicely decorated and clean . The gardens and pools are lovely . Its location which is close to the airport makes it ideal for a short stay . Easy access to the beach across the road

A few small problems with the hot water in the shower which will be fixed and the staff are all new and still learning the systems . They are very helpful and friendly so this will improve with more experience

Great stay on Naiyang Beach. We wanted a quiet, comfortable hotel close to the airport for our last couple of nights in Thailand, and Bella Nara delivered. The room was great, with an outstanding A/C unit. Food in the restaurant was very tasty. Swim up bar was a treat.

I think the hotel would benefit from an additional bar that's NOT in the pool! You can order drinks in the restaurant, but it's a bit soulless. Would have been great to have another bar option.

Poor breakfast; a lot of russian music in the pool bar; air conditioner working, but could be good to have manual in the rum; view in front is ugly.

This hotel is very close to the airport and Nai Yang Beach. The area is fantastic with numerous bars and restaurants along a very gorgeous beach. The hotel is nice and clean and the room and bathroom spacious. The bed was quite firm as is usual in Thailand.

We were on the middle floor of a 3 story building and could hear every move our neighbours above made late at night (which sounded like jumping off the bed and running laps of the room). Reception were great in assisting with asking our neighbours to quieten and when this didn't resolve the issue, moved us to a quieter room.

Stayed in this brand new hotel for a week so they did really good job by full-feeling my vacation. Firstly the location is great just across the beach and all the local restaurants. Highly recommended for couples and families. The staff were superb and super friendly and nice all the departments from the reception, housekeeping and restaurant. Had deluxe studio with the balcony with the pool view and was excellent choice. Highly recommend to include breakfast in your booking because it has very nice variety of selections. Would definitely come back again for longer.

Nothing to mention

This is a new hotel and facilities were great. Good range of Western & Eastern breakfast and plenty of it. The hotel is literally a minute from the beach and all food stalls. We were surprised how quiet it was considering it was only 10min from the airport. We stayed for 4 nights as part of our honeymoon and really liked it. This is not a party town or hotel which was what we were after. The beaches are way quieter than Surin or Patong beaches and the water was crystal clear.

The main pool could do with a few more sun lounges but that is a design issues. It wasn’t a big deal for us.
