Quiet location but close enough to everything, less than 5 mins walk to the beach, streetfood and local markets (10mins) The bed really comfortable, the shower had plenty of pressure, rooms are good with small kitchenette(micro, fridge, jug etc) Across the road from a new family mart, a good local restaurant and a legit massage shop. Airport bus at top of rd (5 min walk) if you want to go to the central festival shopping centre or old phuket town for the day (100bt) door to door, way better than local taxis with their inflated prices or bolt/grab for this trip, use bolt etc for everything else, runs every hr both ways.

Superb location, just 5 mins from beach. A lot of small marts and cafes nearby. Good breakfast options Super friendly and helpful staff. The dog was really playful and cute... 😊

Looooved our stay here. Booked it to be close to the airport on arrival to Phuket and I am so so glad I did. The location is perfect, short walk to the beach, lovely quiet road, shop opposite. It has everything you need and more. The dog is absolutely gorgeous and the staff/owner are the loveliest people, so kind and caring and always want to help. Cannot thank them enough for a perfect first 2 nights in Thailand/Phuket. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Had absolutely everything we needed, but if we were to be really really picky. The shower could have been more powerful for hair washing, but it did the job either way. And to help with awareness of it, some information in the rooms or around the entrance of the extras we could use such as the beach towels and blankets, the bicycles etc. I can’t think of anything else that I would have changed.

We chose Ideo because we finished a sailing trip for a week and had one day to kill before flying out of Phuket. I chose this place because of the price and proximity to the airport...but I wish we had stayed an extra day because Nai Yang is so charming and fun, and I would've loved to see more. We arrived at 12:30pm, and the woman at reception was welcoming and let us check in early. Everyone who worked there was helpful and friendly! The location is fantastic: the walking path to the beach and restaurants is basically right outside the door and 5 minutes later you're in the middle of everything. The room was simple, comfortable, and clean. And there's a sweet dog at the hotel, which truly delighted us since we were missing our doggies at home.

the kindness of the staff was beyond anything. The transfer to the airport was good and cheap compared to grab. Everything spotless the beds really comfy and they even let us have a shower in the garden before leaving instead of paying a late check out. Amazing place to stay. The groceries store that is in front is very convenient and very cheap compared to the ones in the beach that charge insanely for everything. Big water in the beach 80 baht / at this grocery store 15 .baht

Clean, good space, helpful staffs, free bicycle for use. There’s also a shortcut to the beach (right outside the hotel)… which takes you about 5-7min walk. There’s also nearby eateries and laundromat.

The aircond gets warm pretty quickly (probably based on some settings). The hotel also doesn’t have a lift so do expect some stair-climbing if your rooms are on the 2nd or 3rd. Mine was on one the 3rd so once I was up, I wasn’t coming down again for the day 🤣

Location very good. Breakfast very good. Netflix included which was a very welcome surprise as too hot to stay out most nights. Staff were lovely and very accommodating.

There are NO drawers to put underwear t shirts or shorts. So if you are a couple not enough places for clothes as only one hanging rail and no drawers. Also the shower was either boiling hot or cold.

😌 You will find a very calm and peaceful atmosphere in this hotel. 🥰 The staff is very friendly and responsive. They take care of cleanliness very well: even the cutlery in the room is packed in disposable polyethylene (see photo). Unbelievable, I have never seen such a thing in any hotel in the world! 🥤 They left two cokes in the fridge for us, free of charge! ⚱️The interior of the room is very beautiful, a little loft style, a little minimalism. Everything is neat and clean. 🥗 Breakfast - half buffet, half hot breakfast (scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs). 🛫 Very close to the airport (staff helped to book a car for 200 baht). To the sea about 10 minutes walk, to the street with restaurants - about 7 minutes. Nearby there is a rental of motorbikes. 🐶 The dog growled at me and peed on the lawn when we had breakfast, but he is still a very funny fat sausage! 😸😻

🪚 I would replace the doors to the room because they look very flimsy and you are a little worried about the safety of things in the room.

This hotel is surrounded by garden. My room looked out over the garden and I loved that. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and lots of dining options. The staff kept me on the first floor due to my issues with climbing stairs. Very friendly and attentive front desk. I sent out laundry and they took care of all of that. Close to the airport so an easy taxi ride at the end of my days on Phuket Island.

The hotel located a 5 min walk from the beach . There is a gym, message shop , super market just in front of the hotel door The location is just 10 min drive from the airport and 1.5 hours feom the harbor. It it is perfect to spend the night before or after your next stop . I had Netflix free in the room And a very nice breakfast for 150 bhat

It does not have facilities like a pool or a game room so it is less suitable for kids , although perfect for business or couples for a short stop Not close the town .
