Amazing breakfast, great restaurant for dinners. Comfy bed and spacious rooms, nice pool and nice staff.

Aircon is loud and too cold even when set to higher temperatures. When the restaurant is running on skeleton crew (interestingly only one of the four nights), you better go out and eat elsewhere. Nice roadside food vendors just on the street.

We got food poisoning from the dinner in the restaurant. So that was not super fun 🙈

Away from the main strip but easy walk or shuttle service. Clean big room

The air conditioner was really noisy and could not be adjusted

the pool was fantastic, empty most of of the time so very nice to relax in. the air con was very welcome in the room. room service was great! food was fabulous, very tasty, staff were very helpful and great location.

although housekeeping came most days (apart from Sunday) they came very early in the mornings, waking us up most days. we retreated to the balcony on a few occasions, the floor was never mopped only swept, and an old stain that was coming from under the bed when we arrived, was still there when we left (I don’t want to speculate on what it might have been) a cigarette butt was left in the bathroom- we didn’t notice it on arrival, but it must have been there for several days until we picked it up. bed was changed every day which was great and very much appreciated.

the rooms were not cleaned properly - the sheets were not changed In 3 weeks, benches weren’t wiped - dishes were done with hands only. the property needs to redone throughout as the fittings furniture etc is really old

Good value for money. Rooms were spacious and reasonably well equipped in the price range. A/C broke one night, but technician came out and repaired within one hour, excellent service there.

We had little to no hot water during our stay. However, it was so hot outside a lukewarm shower wasn't the worst. Hotel restaurant was not the best, luckily there were wonderful restaurants close by. Breakfast was a strong 7/10, not the greatest, but definitely not anything to complain about. On one trip back from Town on the complimentary transport to and from Bangla road, the driver passed by the hotel and didn't stop, even though we asked. He took us to a different hotel 10min walk away when we were laden with bags and shopping, and told us we must walk, cause "the next transport only leaves in an hour". When asked why he didn't stop at our hotel like he should have, he smirked at me and laughed. So we walked.

It was good plenty of variety the location for breakfast was partly inside and outside over looking Patong beach and check out is 12 noon even up to 2pm if a room is available no extra charge great swimming pool and surrounds the staff is very friendly and helpful

Nothing you can do about but the traffic outside is frantic 24 hrs a day bikes and cars go by non stop if you want to cross the rd to the beach side where there are night stalls for food look out no one will slow down it’s risky buisness but that’s all over phuket but iam used to it being there regularly

It wasnt a major issue for us but the room had a dusty scent that made it seem like it hadn't been used for a long time

All of the staff members, the house keeping, the reception, the bar/restaurant, the ground keeping, the bell boys and everybody else are all very friendly, and polite and they are always so happy to help you with anything you need. The property's facilities are very good. There is beautiful pool with a water fall and ranging depth for all ages. It has a swim up pool bar as well as a bar at the other end. Often the staff will serve the food and drink to you on your lounger so you hardly move a muscle. The rooms are very quiet because the resorts amazing outer central location. No noise from the tussle and bustle but only an 4 minute ride or 10 minute walk to Bangla road. The rooms have very good air-con and great sized balcony’s. Breakfast was included in my booking and the food was consistently fresh and well cooked and a very impressive variety. This truely ticks all the boxes and is very cheap for the quality of service and facility
