The rooms are spacious with a fridge and a extra large bed. We got a room with a pool view and balcony that was fabulous. The breakfast had a huge variety of food to choose from.There is 3 pools and a gym if you have energy to sweat some more....

Room A316 -The shower door does not seal and every morning when we shower the whole bathroom is under water. We continouisly had to ask for toilet paper and shampoo because it was not replaces several days. Also had to ask for extra cusions as they give only 1 for each person. Only 5 hangers in the wardrobe for 2 people and we stay for 16 days....hang two items each ? They promote the hotel as beachfront...but it is opposite a busy road and a walk of 800m to closest beach.

Comfortable room, good pool, and good buffet breakfast.

The location is too far to walk to town. This wouldn't be so bad if there was cheap transportation available.

Stayed for 8 nights in August in low season, very economic rates, with reasonable weather between heavy showers and located north end of Patong Beach, so away from the noise. There seems to be two sections, the front part is more deluxe &/or family rooms while the back part round the pool area is more for singles and couples; some parts closed off for refurbishment. Rooms were comfortable enough (had issues with safe deposit box & tv but they sorted quickly), good wifi (helped by routers everywhere e.g. every 10m in corridors), bathroom fine, double bed & single bed, with two chairs and table outside small terrace (ground floor) or balcony upstairs. Breakfast was fine, enough to suit a variety of guest tastes with many from India, Middle East, Europe, Malaysia and Thailand (basic muesli would have been nice vs. Corn Flakes etc.). Pool fine, towels available next to bar and the bar (run by Kit) had cocktail happy hour 4-6pm inc. cocktails, while the restaurant was not open, the same menu was available through room service (till 8.30pm), and many food choices nearby (no need to go Patong central).

Inside room seating would have been useful especially when watching tv. Further, basic muesli at breakfast would have been good vs. sugary cereals.

The environment was good. Though initially the rooms seem a bit old but the service was good. The buffet breakfast was amazing. The pool size was good as well and the hotel is very close to the beach so that's a plus point. The beds were clean and room service was good as well.

The bathroom amenities could be better. The flush at times did not work or the flow was little less. The rooms lacked dustbin and tissue paper which was a basic necessity. The pool had sand so that needs to be cleaned. The hotel was a bit far from the main attractions or city area so had to pay more for internal travels. The overal lighting could be better.

The Breakfast was fantastic so much choice and excellent food. The restaurant is very nice.

The room is old and could do with refurbishing the shower taps would not turn off completely. We were very disappointed in the view from the balcony as it was described as a garden view and in fact, had a view of a road and a large pipe. My request for another room was not granted although to be fair I think that the hotel was full. Other rooms had a view of the pool which if I booked again I would insist on or not book. The distance from town meant either using the hotel transport and set times which was in a pickup truck and most uncomfortable. Or a Taxi to get into the Patong town centre. Its not far to walk but in the heat uncomfortable.

The Location is superb - The Kalim Beach is just opposite the hotel and Patong beach just 5 minutes walk from hotel, the hawker stalls everywhere in front of the hotel, 7/11 just next door, Bangla Road with walking about 20 minutes (bit far), can get the tuk tuk Taxi just in front of hotel with 200 baht for 4 persons...(cheap). The staff are gentle and willing to help - Good Service Family Room (4 pax per room) is fantastic big and clean. Breakfast is perfect.

The only regrettably is the pool is not clean enough. lots of leaves on the pool water and the pool filter seems not working cause the water has a lot of dust..... The pool wall have some crack sign which may injure to the guest.

Staff members were really nice people as in a while Thailand :) They came to clean the room every day, they changed the towels every day and gave you a bottle of water too :) Location was great , close to the nice beach Patong , within 5-10min of walking Close to the laundry , shops. Breakfast was worth to book it with the room:) so many options :) Pool was good as well :)

The WiFi So bad in the room (good in lobby) And we had bad plugs in the room, they came to fix it because only one was working Room was a bit older but clean and equal to price :)

Close to beach and main road.Convenient travel from and to airport by smart bus.Wide room with balcony and great view .not expensive.Nice 2 swimming pools.This hotel is always my first choice to stay in Phuket.I have been here so many times :)

This is not a problem for me.Just inform another guest to consider if you concern about these factors.A bit old room.Not close to night life spot(actually the location is within walking distance but no good foot path to walk,however,hotel provide free shuttle bus 3times a day to shopping mall and center of Patong beach)very poor WIFI.

The room was simple but clean and modern, the pool area was very nice - better than photos. We had the pool breakfast which was a nice idea (harder to execute!) The quality of the hotel is amazing especially given the price we paid.

The clientele, mostly Russian - not a friendly lot. Didn't know my wife understands Russian and they said some less than pleasant things. We did walk to the main strip a few times but it is a little on the far side especially with the humidity. Now that Phuket is not full of Aussies (mosty Indian and Arabic sex tourists and Russian) not surprisingly the Thai's dont seem very friendly as I remember. If I wanted to eat at an Indian or Hallal restuarant I would visit one of those countries, hard to find proper Thai food now.

Property is a by date but we’ll maintained. Clean and good service. Nice pools! Breakfast buffet is quite good with Thai and Western food. Good location! You can walk to Bangla road in 25 min.s. Be careful cars tend to be parked on the sidewalk however once your 5 minutes down the road there’s a nice beach sidewalk.
