Hotel is quite enough for active travellers, the best money/value I've found. Have personal parking, 24 hour laundry on the fist floor and massage salon (don't know about the quality). For additional payment in the morning cold be served breakfasts (100-180 THB). Rooms with garden view are awesome! From the 4 floor the are even with partly sea view)) Rooms are cleaned on the the request (door labels), we were satisfied with quality of the cleaning. Beds are very big and comfortable to sleep (even together with 4 years child). For the whole vacation we didn't here any noise from the other rooms. Overall hotel is very quite and cosy.

Rooms on the road sometimes are noise in the late evening (bikes or tuk-tuks riding with loud music).

Family room is big and comfortable for 4 of us, there is wash and dry clothes shop downstair, walking to the beach around 20-30min, but recommend to rent a motorbike for your trip, so u can drive and look around, the room at garden view is quiet than the room at the city view, this is my second time stayed here, thank you for all stuff, friendly and helpful ☺️

This time in our room got so many Ant 🥹 and smells of cigarettes from people who smoked downstairs come up when we open the door

Great hotel. Nice friendly staff. Very comfy bed, good Wi-Fi, new good Aircon, TV with many channels and lots of English channels also. We had a large garden view room which was very quiet. Rooms cleaned daily if wanted, toiletries and 2 x water given daily. Location was good and a short walk to the lovely beach 🏖️ . Free coffee from the coffee machine given until 10 am, and free hot chocolate till 12. Free towels given to be used at the beach also. We extended our stay & will definitely stay here again. Also, there is a good (fair priced) restaurant with lovely staff that we used many times called Ging restaurant which is on the road to the beach 🏝️ . Enjoy 😀

The room is like the photos; there was no view, but I didn't spend much time in there. Relatively close to the beach and close to market and restaurants. Very friendly staff.

It's value for money, I didn't have major issues. My complaint is only about the AC that was taking long to cool down the room and it was very hot when I was there. I was in a big family room.

Basic but the rooms were big. TV in the room was great, bathrooms were decent (more of a wet room). Location was great, 2 minute walk from the night markets in Karon and about 8 minute walk to the beach. Easy to get taxis everywhere! Free coffee/ hot chocolate from 7:30 for the rest of the morning. We enjoyed our stay. 500 baht key deposit but get it back on exit.

Basic but not really any complaints at all. Wish it had a pool but the beach being close was great.

Awesome room, so big and bright with all windows . Bedding comfortable. Access to Netflix. Staff very accomodating. Massage and restaurants and shops right next door. Machine coffee in the morning ☕ included One of my favourite hotels. Also very cheap 😊

Nice location, big clean room, friendly and helpful staff. 15-20 minutes to the beach via Main road. If you don’t have cash on you, they let you check in and pay deposit later.

Big wardrobe, but would be nice if you added a couple more shelves.

Very close and extremely helpful with the covid testing places and information also

The location is good, it's near the places and beach if you like to explore more. easy to find the food and 711 is just nearby. Motorbike rent is only 100meters from the hotel. Bars, local foods, Temple is just on a walking distance.

I wish the hotel have an elevator.
