We loved Toon who was super friendly and helpful. He was letting us know what's happening in town every day and where we can go and have fun. He was always ready to assist us with getting a taxi or anything we needed. Our housekeeper was always ready to clean our room when we needed it. Most of front office staff were also friendly.

It was a guy who was working at night at the front desk (wearing glasses) he was never in good mood and couple times when we were returning back to our rooms, we would stop by front desk to get couple bottle of water and he always refused to give us water. He would say the housekeeper left two bottles for you today and that's your share for the day, if you need more you have to go and purchase it. Two bottle was never enough for the entire day and night since the weather was so hot. That's the only bad memory we have about staying in your resort.

It was a beautiful, spacious room with a nice balcony. The porter True was exceptional always friendly and helpful. Our room maid was also exceptional.

The only real negative was the long steep walk to get to the beach and the main part of town for restaurants.

I really liked swimming pool and view from the room. if you take room with sea view you can see the bid Buddha also

People who do cleaning force to do it. we have put a sign “not desturb” but they came to our room and clean it. they really have to respect that cause if I don’t want no one come to my room they must respect that

The location is perfect. 10-15 min to the Karon beach, and 5-7 min to all the restaurants, markets, and shops. The view is nice, especially from the pool area. There we've seen the most fantastic sunsets. The breakfast was delicious and provided you with many choices: eggs, toast, sausages, jams, yogurt, greenery, vegetables, and fruits (watermelon, papaya, pineapple, dragonfruit). We enjoyed it very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful and responded to different requests quickly.

The was sometimes the sewer smell in the bathroom.

The breakfast could be better. There were not many options for vegetarian and the fruits, salads, sauces for the salad, yogurt and cheeses, were not refrigerated and there were small flies all around, so we would suggest improving food hygiene and keeping the refrigeration and cold chain, It was quite humid and hot so not the best way to keep the products for long hours.

The staff was very welcoming, the rooms were clean, the pool was big enough (and you can always take pool towels for free on the reception), and I liked that there was a free transfer from the hotel to the beach and back every hour (9am-5pm)

The a/c was noisy, the hotel is rather old in general. Also, there was no hygienic shower by the toilet, which is not common for Thai hotels

THE VIEW, LOCATION, BEAUTIFUL, LOCATION, THE BUGGY WHICH USE TO TAKE US FROM RECEPTION TO THE ROOM AND VIS-A-VERSA WAS LIKE SUPERB LIKED THE BEST, INFINITY POOL NEXT TO ROOM WAS AWESOME, STAFF WAS ALSO GOOD

I got a few small bugs on my desk on my first day. But the staff disinfected them the next day, and hadn't seen them since.

The pool is great. The staff is helpful. The rooms are spacious and well designed.

The property is built on a hill so it’s tough to move around and the walk is very long and steep.
