Very nice staff. they are doing all they can to make your stay unforgettable. The house was very cleaned and the location fantastic. We will come back for sure during our next trip in Thaïland.

1-the pool was extremely cold. so we didn’t use it. 2- The breakfast was a bite disappointed. Some days there was a small buffet, some days there was no buffet. I don’t know what the rules were but the breakfast wasn’t at the level of a 5 stars residence.

Clean and quiet villa. Personalized experience during welcome. Hotel reception were attentive and courteous. You can even loan books from the hotel for leisure reading. Location is near Kata Beach.

Surrounding shopping and food areas were mostly closed or empty. Remaining places were good for light shopping.

Exceptional staff that included reception, dining, housekeeping, gardeners ... everyone super kind and nice to catch-up with on our daily meanders. Breakfast was superb in an intimate setting with great staff and selection of dishes. The set menu has a variety of choices to cater for all and curbed waste often found with buffets. That said, the buffet selection was good and particularly enjoyed the Kuvings juicer. The traditional Thai breakfast deserts were amazing. Room was exceptional and the private pool and outdoor area distinguishes Malisa Villa Suites. Very few options in Kata that allows for these amenities so close to town and beach, as the resort is situated in an areas mostly reserved for tightly packed hotels. The grounds are spacious, beautifully maintained and a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of Kata town right on the doorstep. This offers best of both worlds as Kata towns's main attractions and beach are all within walking distance.

The late checkout and after checkout shower facility is a nice touch. For resort of this level it is however expected and more can be done to enhance the shower area, especially related to air conditioning. Mosquitoes are part of the deal but staff managed the issue to the best of their abilities in public areas as well as the villas which is commendable.

It was absolutely gorgeous property. The rooms you could not fault them. Staff were all amazing and so helpful when required. Our room was so quiet and private. Breakfast was great. Room cleaned every day. Comfy bed. Provided with drink and snacks in the fridge free of charge. Could not fault this hotel at all. The location was ideal as well. Down the bottom of a side street meaning there was no noise and felt private. Great security to get into the property too meaning we felt so safe. Was in awe at how lucky we were to stay there, especially for the price.

The room 1105 Superior Villa was incredible!!!!!!!!!! Definitely get the floating lunch which is just amazing. Very close to Kata beach which is beautiful beach and isn't too quiet or busy. Just a beautiful property with all your modern creature comforts.

It's quite expensive and that will deter most people, when you can get such amazing value at Hotels. There are also a lot of mosquitoes so definitely use the coils and bug spray. But other than that a lovely place!

The pool was brilliant and we really loved it. Beach was nice but the wall along the club med is an eyesore and needs to go. The room was just what we needed and nice and quiet as well

We were a bit disappointed with a lot of places closed but we know there is an issue with businesses needing a critical mass of people to support the businesses opening. Unfortunately a lot of plastic rubbish on the beach - we have to stop manufacturing plastic.

Unfortently I found big reptile in the room but the stuff were helpful to take him out. Alot of Lazerd in the front yard Not many options in the breakfast

At the price we payed, we requested two more bottles of water for the room but was told that we had to pay for them. Not a biggie but really for the price we paid for the room i'm sure they could afford giving us extra water. We did not make use of the breakfast that was included in the price as we are Kosher and Halaal guests. It would have been nice if we could have an option of booking with or without breakfast. Pool guy needs to clean the pool more often.

What a Dream! We had a one bedroom Pool Villa, and it absolutely could not be faulted. From the spacious kitchen and sitting area, to the absolutely stunning bathroom, and the beautiful turn down service. The pool was a perfect temperature, and a respite from the 90+ % humidity. The team at the reception desk are friendly, and Mike has great English, very chatty - welcoming - and always smiling and also offered to send the pool team around to clean out any leaves that fell into the pool during each day. Location is good - a little walk out of the street and there is everything you need, a minimart, restaurants, and pubs all within walking distance. Market areas were a few more steps away, but easily managed, with pub street about 1.5kms down the road. Breakfast is off a set menu, with fruits and salad at a buffet style area, with bakery items to help yourself to. Although limited on the breakfast menu, it does cater well to all types off food, and was very good. We would definitely book again on return.

There is nothing I could fault at the Malisa, everything was enjoyable

Faboulous villa with swimming pool and hydro-jet bath tub. Good breackfast, and perfect location, less than 5 min walk to Kata Beach, and lota of local and international cousine restaurants. Perfect place to relax and unwind.

Bedroom doors did not close all the way, leaving a gap that let hot air from outside in, making air conditioning inefficient. Some draft blocker tape could be fitted to close the gap.
