The pools and slides were fun and cool, obviously if you have children this is a big plus. The location is quite convenient : beach access, restaurants, night life, massages, shops, there is everything you need at walking distance. Plus lots of activities to do under 20 minutes drive. The beach (kata beach) is probably one of my favorites in Phuket: little to no garbage, strong waves but not too strong, good sand, very enjoyable and you will see beautiful sunsets. The breakfast is good value also: not the best in the world but still very good for a 4 star hotel. Overall I find this hotel to be a good value, if you have young children you are sure to have a good time here.

Staff were overwhelmed during checkin time as there were lots of arrivals at the same time. Quite frankly the reception staff were very rude and shouting at customers. The middle-aged woman with glasses and the high-pitched voice who was shouting at *all* the customers for no reason, honestly, should be fired. If you keep calm and get past that, it’s not a big deal, but this woman shouldn’t be working in customer service. Don’t let it ruin your first day! Do not expect a quiet time or a classy hotel, this is a budget hotel for families with children: if you keep this in mind then you will have a good time like we did. Also do not try dining at the hotel, there are much better options less than 1 minute walk from the hotel so it would really be a shame.

Good sized rooms, awesome location, Kata Beach is stunning & no sea lice. Great staff. Cleaning lady and pool attendants were lovely. Slides and pool were good. Good shower temperature and pressure. Buffet dinner good. Gym small but good.

Wet, slippery tiles around the pool. Toilet easily blocked. Air con kept changing itself. Many mosquitoes in our ground floor rooms. Avoid the pizzas at the pool cafe. Breakfast hot options weren't appealing (apart from eggs). Avoid mini market at the end of the resort, extremely overpriced. Turn right out of resort and 5 mins down the road is a 7/11. Quite noisy, pool closes at 6pm but kids still in the pool at 11pm and often people outside drinking until 1am. Smoking allowed everywhere, awful for non-smokers.

The slides were a lot of fun for the kids, so werel the the bunk beds that were a hit. The staff was very nice. It's a very family friendly hotel, with tons of kids so it's OK to run around and make (some) noise without feeling bad about it :)

The kids water play area is a bit dangerous. The bucket drops over the stairs, making it dangerous for kids to go by themselves. Under the bridge, there are pipes, but it's not blocked off so kids can trip. The floor around the pool is very slippery. The staff is nice, but not very attentive or available at all times. The staff in the kids play room is not aware of what's going on, don't take care of kids go out by themselves. There were dishes outside one of the rooms for over 24 hours that piled up, the guy on the slide was on his phone most of the time.

Rooms are big and clean, good premises for children, open pool until late evening

Reception speaks bad English and are not very helpful, poor cleaning in pool zone (dirty dishes and glasses can be not collected all the day long)

Great place to stay with Kids. They had a blast! The water plays make a big difference! We initially got a room that didn't have a pool view, but, the next day, the staff happily helps us relocating to a room with a pool view on the 1st floor. This was a game changer, as kids could access the pool directly from the outside door. Breakfast was super good, specially for picky folks like me. I would 100% recommend a stay at this resort! very conveniently located, and, very family oriented. PS: I wouldn't advise coming here if you are single, as, again, it is mostly families with Kids.

We did see some bugs here and there, but, that is the downside of a paradise in a tropical country. Nothing really that the hotel could have done differently. The rooms were super clean. Just a note of advise, family of four my want to get the room with a big king bed, and, the single bed, instead of the family room. The bunk bed seemed kind of cool, but, at the same time, it was a bit too cornered and dark (remember my comment about bugs)...

it’s a very big hotel and now it was the perfect time to stay there because of not that many people. the pool, the slides, kids club, restaurant- almost no people. very kids oriented, the food is good, lots of places nearby for entertainment, the beach is not far, a bit crowded though. kids were happy, I also enjoyed the slides, they are not that scary but exciting enough.

it was hard to catch people for cleaning the room, probably because we had the problem with the button “do not disturb”, it was on by itself when we were leaving the room. room 3414.

Everything was great location with many shops around you , best thing is the pool was amazing for the kids. Breafast is very good. Rooms also good size.

Some rooms really far and you need to walk alot before you reach it. Hotel have plastic cards to open rooms which it should be good unless they put your room number on, if lost not good idea !! Also reception might give you too many questions if you lose it !! And try to charge you?? I told them its better not put any room number on them. Also there is no written terms to pay for lost cards.

Slides and swimming pool are awesome. Kid spent most of the time at the pool and she was so happy. Breakfast is nice. The neighborhood is also cool, many restaurants around, and beach is just a few steps away.

Slippery floor around the pool. My kids slipped a few times

The family room is amazing. You can really tell they thought of everything and managed to make a lot of usable storage in the room. My son even had a 'toy drawer'. This is the only hotel where we didnt have a separate livingroom and still it ended up being the most comfortable one. The hotel beach bag and unbrella's are amazing, you see hotel guests using them all around kata beach. The hotel cocktails are great too and the breakfast was the best we have had in Thailand, choice wise and quality wise.

The area was a little too crowded for us with a toddler and a baby. The kids club could have had a bit more toys for the kids and the pool area was slippery. The hotel staff was not very welcoming to our (local) nanny. You are not very well accepted in the hotel if you look a certain way, at least that was the feeling we got from that situation.

We stayed in a family room facing the adventure pool. The hotel and room were very clean, all towels replaced daily. The location was in prime Kata. The kids (3 and 7) loved the adventure pool and kids club. The breakfast was good with a varied selection which rotated daily.

The gym had good equipment but was small, maximum of 5 person per time. It seemed like guest took no notice of hotel rules which was a shame, this included late night swims (pool closed at 1800-1900), and the resort was very Russian heavy. No issue with Russians but sometimes hard to communicate with
