Location. Down the road to Kata Beach and restaurant/bar/shop options. Close to Phuket Smart Bus stop. Our rooms were next to each other and we had a balcony and direct pool access which caught the afternoon sun. This was the main reason we booked. 7th floor excellent sunset views across Kata Beach. Housekeeping was excellent daily and no issues for us.

Before arrival the online communication was not good. Even the day before arrival. Throughout our stay the level of service from reception was poor. To the point of avoiding reception. The tv service in both rooms did not work on arrival and it took a few calls to get sorted.

Great location at the start of Kata beach. Lots of food, tours, massage and restaurants nearby. Also 20-30 minutes walk there was clothing market with food options. Beach was accessible from hotel.

Our room was all the way up. It was bit of hike to reach there.

Amazing rooms, pools, view and great location!

Great location, lots of swimming pools, great views, and nice staff. Couldn't ask for more, therefore extended my stay.

Housekeeping could be done better. Had to ask several times which started to annoy me. Also, the last morning I slipped and fell hard on my back, plus strained my wrist, due to the steep hills which were very slippery because of the rain. The guy carrying my luggage turned around but made no attempt to help me which was shocking. Not a good look and clearly not for people who have problems walking.

Well located, clean & great value for a short stay.

Good hotel located on a hill. The high floor rooms have to be reached on foot, which can be difficult for older people, but the view from the rooms is good. When we checked in, a few hours later it turned out that the air conditioner in the room was broken. The hotel staff did everything possible to quickly fix the breakdown, and when this failed, after a few hours they changed our room with an upgrade. Many thanks to them for this. This difficulty did not spoil our holiday experience.

The furniture and renovations in the rooms are a bit old.

Great location a short walk to Kata beach, rooms were clean

As previously stated the resort is built on a steep incline, not suitable for those with mobility issues. We were on the top floor and the last 3 ascents were by a very steep ramp which was very difficult. Also the pool bar was not open during our stay

Nice but a bit old dated hotel with big rooms, several pools and a very nice location next to the sea. Breakfast is good with lots of options. Staff are very professional and responsive. Good value for the money, only wish they would take more care of the renovation work that it needs.

We felt our room could have been a bit better cleaned. I think the rooms need a deep cleaning at least one time per month as some stains are way to visible not to be noticed by the staff. The decoration in the rooms is a bit poor and unimaginative.

The staff was very nice and friendly. We stayed in a room with an infinite room on the 9th floor. The room was very clean. The nature here is picturesque. The garden is so green and beautiful.

The breakfast was not fulfilled when it came to en end of it. And we stayed for 45 days, so we absolutely got used to the breakfast menu and wanted to eat something new even sometimes.
