My husband and I loved staying here and plan to return. The hotel is small, with rooms set around one of two swimming pools, all surrounded by gorgeous trees and plants. It felt like a private oasis, and our room was really clean, comfortable, and quiet too. It's about 3-5 minutes walk to Bangtao Beach (which is gorgeous) via the short cut that the hotel staff can show you, and there are a lot of restaurants just a few minutes walk away too. Thank you so such Charm, Manee, Ta and all of the other staff and we hope to see you again before too long.

We had a villa with pool access. It was a large room with a large bathroom. It opened directly onto the pool area. The air con was excellent. The cooked breakfast was individually prepared, not buffet style. Although very close to the town, it was very quiet and peaceful. All the staff were helpful and friendly. They booked us an early taxi ( 05.15 ) which arrived on time. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Spent 3 nights, wish we had longer. Fabulous beach minutes away, good places to eat . Breakfast in Pai Tan was great. Cooked to order with fresh cold fruit and juices etc. pool at our rooms brilliant, we had it to ourselves. Mini fridge was best we had during 21 day holiday. Pai Tan had everything we needed, sunbeds at pool, clothes horse to dry wet swim gear. Daily housekeeping. Charm is a great guy, so helpful, nothing noo much bother, arranged elephant sanctuary trip (10mins away). We chose Bangtao to wind down before flight home. It is a great area, everyone welcoming and friendly. We decided against larger sprawling hotels, so glad we did or we would not have experienced such a fantastic time in Pai Tan Villas or had pleasure of meeting Charm and his team who treated us so well.

The fact that there weren’t enough sun beds and people tended to put towels on them leaving some people without a sun bed . maybe each room should have their own sun bed

We really enjoyed our stay at Pai Tan Villas. The room was huge and very clean; it had everything one needs and a pool right outside our door. Breakfast à la carte was also really good. The staff including Mr Charm were so nice. He gave us really good advice and helped us a lot. There is also a handy laundry service.

It is a bit secluded so if you are not by scooter or car, it will be expensive to get around.

The property was beautiful. The villas are spacious, clean, cleaned daily and provided with cold water. The pool is really nice and the landscaping was great. Location to the town was perfect. good recommendations from staff. beach was only a 4-5 min walk away and lots of great restaurants close. However best of all was the staff. small family run business. Most of our interactions were with Charm the manager (son of the family). He was so kind and helpful. He also helped schedule and book our ferry tickets to Koh Phi Phi and Krabi. So far our best stay experience in Thailand (Bang Tao beach) with some of the nicest people. And even one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve had anywhere in the world. Thanks Charm and family!

Honestly no comment. Our stay was better than expected. All staff were great.

Please make sure to book a luxury villa (or the upmarket alternative to the villa) as it makes such a difference (room size, bathroom size, pool size, etc).

The location itself is highly questionable as the proximity to the Bangtao beach is nothing special really.

-The staffs were polite and accommodating to our needs. We had a pickup for Phi Phi at 7 am and though breakfast only starts at 7 am they packed our lunch by 6:45 for on the go. -The rooms were super clean and the bathroom was also very good. Modern facilities with ample safe for storage. -The property was small, cosy and very family-friendly. Very quiet in the evenings. -The swimming pool was chlorine-free and very clean. The sun beds were a place where we spent plenty of time in the evenings after coming back from the beach. -The 7/11 was 2 minutes away and the beach only 3-4 min walk. There are good restaurants just by 7/11 for lunch and dinner. Bang Tao beach had lots of families and very gorgeous sunset view.

-As the area had lots of plantations, mosquitoes would get inside the room. -AC was a little loud -Wifi was extremely slow in the corner room so had to use data all the time

The property was a serene peaceful and well maintained oasis within short walking distance from Bangtao Beach and an amazing selection of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The staff were absolutely amazing and made this stay for us! I feel like the property was proving the level of service and amenities a level above some 5* hotels we have stayed in, would of stayed for much longer if our trip allowed! Also check out the coffee shop around the corner to the left as you walk out of the property…

Nothing, the stay was absolutely perfect!

Very nice place to stay. The villas are placed in the garden and we had small pool in front of our villa. We were two families having a family rooms which was great. The staff were very helpful with everything we needed. The breakfast was very nice too. You can choose from the menu, what you want. We were leaving early in the morning so they prepared sandwiches to go for us. The rooms were very nicely equipped and spacious. I would come back to this place. Nice location close to the "main street" and beach.

The fact is that the rooms are quite close to each other which was great for us, but may feel lacking privacy for someone else. But there were also other people in other rooms but we did not meet them.
