Incredible friendly and kindly hotel to stay!. People at Bang Tao Village were always willing to support and assistance in everything. They really made feel at home. A place to recommend ever and ever again. Also a great place for those who want to train at the Bang Tao Muay Thai & MMA just direct behind the facility. That area offers everything you need for a comfortable stay

The small resort is a little distance walk from the beach. The atmosphere in the resort is relaxing and it very quiet; even at the peak season in Feb. The staff is extremely nice and supportive. The swimming pool is very clean and well maintained

ll the bungalows have own bathroom and aircon (which is bit loud). Some of the lamps are not working (was not checked before I entered the room). The breakfast is minimal; no buffet available.

The property was well-located only a minute from the Bangtao beach and Bangtao Muay Thai & MMA, where our team trained while there. The staff was welcoming and friendly, eager to make us comfortable and communicated well. The grounds are pristinely kept with beautifully landscaped foliage and a jungle-like atmosphere that immediately transports you away from the hustle & bustle outside. It feels cozy, secluded and private. They emphasize peace & quiet on the resort and the other travellers were very respectful and quiet as well.

My only minor criticism would be that the breakfast is restaurant-style with full-service, but has only a very small menu of choices consisting mostly of egg options. They did provide us with fresh fruit, toast and coffee/tea but if you're in a hurry you probably wouldn't be able to sit and wait for someone to take your breakfast order. Our group's preference is a breakfast buffet. All that being said, we would absolutely return and found incredible value in the overall quality of the rooms and grounds.

Great facilities. The individual house was really cute and comfortable. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We even asked to schedule an experience to visit James Bond Bay and they were amazing helping us schedule everything at a lower price than we expected. The swimming pool was amazing! It was open until 8 pm but if we did not bother other customers they would not kick us out after time. The beach was close to the hotel and was amazing! There were many amazing restaurants there and an amazing massage place called "Relaxing Massage - Thai Massage Phuket". Try it! You won't regret it!

The breakfast could be better with more food options. There could also be a grab-and-go breakfast option when tours are too early to have breakfast in the time defined. For someone who wants to visit other places in Phuket, this might not be the best location since it is a bit distant. This is a good option to stay and have some time to rest.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. House keeping cleaned the room everyday and did an excellent job. Nice hot water for showers and a big bath. Pool was pristine and the air-conditioning was lovely. Grounds are beautiful and local restaurants with Thai and Western food options with a short walk to the beach where there are beautiful restaurants on the sand of the beach.

What wasn't to like! The Resort was lovely, it was staying with family. From the moment I arrived, I loved it. My flight was late so I arrived just before mid-night and someone was there to greet me and show me to my room (I stayed in room 29). No rushing, even took the time to show me how everything worked before leaving me to settle down for the night. I had a great nights sleep on a super comfy bed and was ready for 3 packed days of exploring Phuket. The room, pool (the cleanest pool I have ever seen!), breakfast area and breakfast were all superb but it was the staff that made it most memorable for me. Everyone from the reception staff, the kitchen staff, the gardeners and the cleaners, were all just lovely.

The only thing I would change is maybe have a walk in shower instead of baths but this wouldn't put me off staying.

Comfortable bungalow with a little private verandah in lush garden environment. Very quiet. Comfortable bed. Bathtub was a plus! Nice big swimming pool, spotlessly clean like the bungalow. Short walk to shops and restaurants (bonus tip: turn left outside the resort and walk 4 minutes to Good Mood Cafe). We regrettably had to end our stay early; management & staff were very obliging and took care of us. 🙏 Great place, we'd happily stay again.

Beautiful Thai villa close to the beach, cafes and bars. I loved the little balcony overlooking the pool. Tea, coffee and water provided. Water bottles dressed in Thai dress, set a lovely touch. Nice deep bathtub! Fantastic value for money, would love to stay longer.

Staff are lovely and accomodating, pool is great, close to the beach and short tuk tuk away from many other nice parts of Phuket with great shops/restaurants. All round, nice place to stay.

Bed was a little too firm for my partner. Difficult thing to get right for everybody though.

Cute little place only a few minutes walk from the beach. Breakfast was nice eating outside and the pool was clean. My children enjoyed the stay having their own room. Everyone was nice and the shortcut to the beach through the nearby resort was great! All in all a nice stay and quiet. Throughly enjoyed.

No shower curtains. But I've found that is typical here. So not really a negative
