Very friendly and helpful stuff. Mr. Mano, Ms. Tee and Ms. Anna, did great job for us to have special time. Perfect hotel for children to stay. Launderette. Kitchenette with Microwave in each room so we can take away food and store them and heat up again. Food is great with perfect location. Kids enjoyed clown show and dance show after dinner. We can enjoy dining with ocean view. Definitely we’ll be back.

A box of tissue and trash bin are recommended in each room. The drain in shower room needs to be repaired. But each wasn’t really a problem!

We booked a family suite and it was heaven - lots of space, excellent aircon and all extremely comfortable (with fridge, cutlery and crockery, wardrobe etc). The reception and restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful whenever we needed them. The chef at Piak's made a special meal for me one evening as I couldn't eat a number of ingredients - it was delicious and also so unexpected. The massages just off the beach - incredible! We really enjoyed our stay (definitely go into Old Phuket via taxi one day for a change).

If anything, the pool sometimes smelled of bleach and we had underwear discolour (under the guys' costumes). But with so many children in the pool... :) Also (not a Sunwing issue but rather a Phuket issue): plastic and rubbish on the beach! It's awful and depressing. It changes in location up and down the length of the whole beach depending on the current (I assume) but we couldn't swim in the sea on the first day as we were amongst pieces of plastic. It was better on other days. I hope everyone can pick up five pieces per day just to make a start!

We highly recommend this hotel for family with kids. Very cool hotel with different pools and activities. Beach is in front the pool. Whatever you ask employees, they can help you to get. Rooms are clean, relaxing and conformable. Amazing christmass period with swedish celebration...

If I may add something : 1- Large breakfast but similar during whole week. Was not an issue for us as adult but for the kids. 2- not many shops around the hotel but 5-10 min with local transport

Amazing location, very friendly staff, excellent pools that kept both our kids happy (7 and 14 year old boys), spacious room with plenty of wall hooks to keep all the clutter in place , very good breakfast that covered everyone’s needs, laundry room located close to the pool area so we could easily use it while at the pool

Honestly I liked everything.

So much to share - I was travelling as a lone adult with a 5 year old. The layout of the family pool with bar and restaurant made our stay incredibly easy and stress free. The food at Paik Kitchen was excellent and my child ate for free - I can recommend the spaghetti bolognaise and garlic bread for the children and the Thai menu for adults. The slide in the swimming pool and direct access to the beach was amazing for both of us. The rooms were huge, great children’s channel and we had a ground floor with direct access to the pool….could not recommend this hotel more highly for families.

The resort enjoys the luxury and comfort suitable for any family looking for a family vacation, as it contains all the facilities suitable for all family members, including swimming pools with all levels, In addition to that, the restaurant is comprehensive and varied in options for all meal times in general, so you do not need to leave the resort no matter how long you stay in regarding the beach, as it is another world of pleasure along the beach holy day

the towels change booth timing is not matching with swimming times for change towels we have to take it with us to the rooms up to next day to enable us change towels with new.

A very pleasant and short holidays in this resort. Nice, clean, family friendly. A paradise for the kids. A very good remark: For anyone with food allergy or intolerance here you are in the perfect place. Our daughter has a celiacs disease (can’t eat any gluten) but chef cook Giannis made us feel home. He is very competent and ready to adapt any kind of food (thai and not) to your own needs. Not easy to find such a place in Thailand!

When we arrived at the hotel and entered the building, we already knew that we had made the right decision. Large spaces, the interior exotic garden, the singing of birds, the proximity of the sea, the atmosphere. We loved it! We were still there on the 1st day of Songkran, we had a lot of laughs. The staff were so nice, funny and played with the kids. I felt like a child again. The breakfast is plentiful and very tasty. They also make sure that there is room for everyone and politely seat the naughty tourist who is alone and sits at the family table. In the late afternoon, we decided that we wanted to go on an island tour. In no time we had an organized trip and the next day we had a wonderful trip to James Bond Island. I look forward to going again :) Thank you for everything!

Our room was a bit musty

The fantastic staff and close proximity to the beach was amazing. The breakfast was superb. This is definitely a family friendly hotel so if you looking for peace and quiet as a couple bear in mind there will be plenty of families with young children around so maybe not the place to come if you’re looking for peace and quiet but if you’re looking for a place with energy then it is excellent.

Our only very minor gripe was the room we were initially provided had a minor humidity and damp issue. It probably just needed to have been aired for 24 hours before we got there. But we had a friendly chat with the staff and they located us to a neighbouring room which had no such issues and was ideal. This only took 10 minutes so was not a significant issue at all. 10 out of 10 to the staff for acting as soon as we raised it and providing an alternative. The bathroom facilities were slightly dated but with such a popular hotel , finding a window of time to update them must be a challenge.
