Great location for our requirements. Close to the best section of Patong Beach (5 min walk). Good proximity to restaurant's, shopping centre and night life. Our booking included breakfast which had enough variety to keep us happy for 12 days. Breakfast staff were very nice and friendly . Our room was a good size and comfortable. Will return next year . Great value for money without any doubt. Stayed there in previous years.

The room had very little storage. No shelves or drawers in wardrobe. Bathroom had the only mirror but the lighting was extremely poor. Also no towel rail other than hook on door. Main room had nowhere to put anything out of sight. Would have been nice to have a wall mirror or something similar in the bedroom area .

Close to Patong Beach, Bangla Night Market, Gandhi Restaurant - Indian Veg and nonveg, colourful roadway, currency exchange at doorstep. Complimentary toiletteries, 2 water bottles per day, room cleaning, room service. Swimming pool. Peaceful ambience, budget friendly, breakfast included.

1. Staff is friendly but lack of hospitality skills. When guest arrive, they don't greet them. They talk only when we ask. They need some professional hospitality training that includes how to greet guests on their arrival, keep smiling all the time. They all look exhausted and under a lot of pressure. 2. Breakfast menu same everuday. 3. Security: Only main building has a reception that is 3 minute away from building 2. Building 2 don't have any reception downstairs. No one is there to keep surveillance. Apart from this all good. I enjoyed a lot.

Staff were very helpful and rooms clean and comfortable.

The room could do with a little modernisation but that doesn't detract from it's cleanliness.

The room was very spacious and clean. The cleaning staff is very hard working. We got complimentary water every day, they changed the towels. Room had a small, nice balcony but no view. This hotel literally has everything - restaurant, laundry, bike rental, massage salon, tour organization, taxi service. A buffet breakfast is decent. You can order food up to your room. Beach is close, 5min on foot, beach is beautiful, cheap to rent sunbeads. Bangla road cca 10min. Despite it being near a popular beach and has a popular restaurant downstairs it is surprisingly quiet in the room and easy to sleep.

The only thing I disliked about the room was the sewer smell in the bathroom but the cleaning staff did their best to diminish it. The breakfast has variety but most stuff is cold - I hate to eat cold eggs and omelettes prepared too much time in advance. The issue with breakfast was also that it is open to anyone who pays so it can be very crowded and people who stay in the hotel can have a hard time to find a place to sit at rush hours but since there is a big turnover of people the food is fresh.

A good size room, the shower was large and clean. a good size refrigerator, a really comfortable large and bed, a good supply of coffee tea etc. extra towels for the beach, the laundry was affordable and very quick and a high standard of cleanliness, the staff were attentive and polite, the tour booking office near the front street ( i guess was a part of the hotel) had a great man attending who was honest and efficient, breakfast had a good selection of Asian and foreign dishes although very simple it was fresh and well attended to by the staff,

It’s location within Patong - close proximity to Patong Beach and the rooms were modern and clean - with a magnificent bed. The restaurant was amazing value for money with the most delicious Thai food. Mike the waiter was most attentive and made sure we were well cared for. Having the massage place as well as a laundry in the building were cherries on the top!

The pool area - whilst a beautiful pool - was a little exposed - not much shade and has very little in terms of views. There was no service or even means to raise service up on roof top - a small thing to remedy - add a phone up there?

Well run hotel with good staff. Location is excellent close to North end of Patong beach. I was in 2nd building which is set back from main road and quiet. As a light sleeper I slept well, but worth asking for quiet room as it's a big hotel. I had buffet breakfast once which was fine but there are good alternatives close by. I'll stay here again next time I'm in phuket.

Staff were outstanding whatever you needed never said no they are a credit to the hotel Sue who cleaned my room was great girl Mike and his team in the restaurant great people Pang on reception a credit But all reception staff great Just a warning be careful if you book a trip from the travel agent by reception she tried to rip me off by 3000 bth so I'm sure I'm not the only one Go to Mr woods who has a desk at the restaurant area and buy from him very nice and honest man and perfect english Nice clean pool area on the 5th floor The hotel is not 5 star but the service is Thank you Asprey Hotel you made my 5th stay wonderful a home away from home see you all again soon

The Aspery is a great value hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff at reception, restaurant, housekeeping and travel agent. The room is basic but everything worked well and was clean. The rooftop pool was also nice and clean. Buffet breakfast was excellent and the restaurant also does super meals and drinks (including a 20% discount voucher from reception). Location is in a quiet street 10 minutes from the main walking street and only a few minutes from the beach. We also booked an excursion and airport taxi through the hotel. A great stay in a hotel with a very positive vibe.
