The new building is unbelievable, very resort-style. The room was spacious and well-decorated. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. the swimming pool was very big, and the bar in the swimming pool was really good. Food was nice too. I would go back. The price was really good.

Seems that they didn't have enough staff, and breakfast had very few options for a "5-star" hotel. The restaurant that they were serving the breakfast was always messy, no staff was around to clear/clean the tables. One of the days they didn't have staff to stay at the swimming pool bar. One of the days we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to bring the chairs/ beds outside, so we could relax by the swimming pool. They raised the luxury level of the hotel, but the service is not there yet.

The part of the hotel where we stayed is newly built, and this was evident as everything was new and clean, both in the building and in the room. The pool is clean and well-maintained, though it's a shame there aren't enough sun loungers. The Wi-Fi at this hotel was exceptional; we didn't encounter any issues throughout our stay. It's very close to the beach and about a 10-minute walk to Bangla Road.

I didn't like the breakfast because it's not very diverse.

This hotel was good, we initially booked the deluxe room and upon seeing the size of the room, we paid and upgraded for 3 nights to stay in their swim out pool room. The room was great, bed was comfortable and the hotel was always very clean. The hotel was also in a very convenient location, it was easy to walk to patong beach and there was always plenty of restaurants, atm, shopping nearby.

This hotel was extremely stingy about the water bottles they left in the room. When we had called for extra water bottles the front desk had told us, only two bottles per room a day. We stayed in 6 other hotels in thailand and never once had the hotel deny us water bottles to drink. As paying customers who were staying for three nights and had paid to get a pool room and upgraded, it was not good customer service of the hotel.

Shower was great and the room was spacious. Bed could be softer but pillows were great. House keeping was very on the ball.

Not much space for people who like to unpack in the more expensive rooms. There was minimal hanging space and only 2 small drawers so our suitcases were laid out on the ground.

The breakfast is great, the private pool rooms are a must. Location is far enough from the chaos of Bangla but still close enough to walk. Same for the beach.

Some parts of the hotel are old. They required my partner to leave his passport with reception for the duration of the stay as the room bond which was not stated before checking in and felt really uncomfortable. No issues getting it back though. The pool access rooms are great but not very private from the main pool, swimmers can see straight in to your room and pool area as the shrubs for privacy are under grown

Noise. Balcony door wasn't fitted correctly so had to listen to loud whistle from the wind all night. No sound proofing due to gaps in window frame so noise from road very loud. Air Con pre set to 24c minimum

Overall very good,staff, food, accommodations...

The hotel was not far from being full, and we were placed next to other clients, in door separated room so we could hear everything. They were partying, we called the management to ask them to talk to them so reduce their noise. Instead of go talk to them, the staff only called their room and asked them to stop. Obviously it didnt work, and therefore, the sleep quality was not as good as it was suppoed to be.

The location from the beach, markets and Bangla Road was prefect. Just far enough away to be secluded from the hustle and bustle of the main road of entertainment, but only 15 min walk to the centre of the epic party land. The breakfast was a buffet style with every type of food available for all cuisines. It was prefect. They even had a chef outside making fresh omelettes to order each day. The room was a pool access room with our own private sunbeds, deck and was surround by a hegde and swing gates that led straight into the main adult pool. The swim up pool bar was just three rooms down and across the other side of the pool. Excellent position to be staying in. The hotel has a tour guide on hand who works for a company called Kanok Phuket Tour and Transport. Jenni was there 6 days per week until 8 in the evening to help with taxi's, tours and information about the local area. This young lady was an absolute treasure to deal with and booked us on the most amazing day trips the whole Island had to offer. When staying at The Adaman Embrace, please stop by the reception area to see Jenni if you want to make the best of your hoilday.10/10 for Jenni.

The other rude tourists that did not treat the staff well. It appears to be a pattern with certain coultures that believe staff are beneith them.
