The value for money was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and gave thorough explanations of the hotel/apartment and its facilities

I could hear people walking in and out throughout the night so I couldn't get much sleep. But im not sure if that can be fixed. I was happy over all though

The prayer nearby was extremely loud and it was starting at 5 AM each morning, both of the ACs in the apartment were very noisy too, so we tried to avoid using them.

I booked 2 apartment’s for a family of 6 travelers. The 2 bedroom one was a nice apartment with plenty of room for a family of 4, it had great views a smart tv in the lounge room and tv’s in both bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms and comfortable beds. On the other hand the 1 bedroom room has a terrible view it looked into the next building but otherwise was ok.

The walk up the hill to get there. It lacked in basic household items, no tea towels, no coat hangers, had to ask for toilet paper and tea, coffee and sugar. One of the safe’s didn’t work. Cable TV only offered 2 English speaking channels. The bathrooms flooded and the toilet was blocked.

The location was fantastic 10min walk to the beach & bangla Street also slightly out of the hustle and bustle on a hill, magnificent views of the sea and patong Town, roof top pool clean The team of staff would go an extra mile. Excellent value for money, Very Comfortable just like being at home, the kitchen is fully equipped to do so! Will most definitely return.

Nothing! There is a bit of a hill to climb 150 perfect steps not too steep. Good for our fitness and well keeping!!

Big hill to walk up, no dryer, no clothes drying rack. Took 20mins to get deposit back when leaving. Only Thai TV channels

This was a great apartment to stay at. The only downside is it's a bit far from the beach (about a 10-12min walk). But, to make up for that, the roof has a pool with an amazing view overlooking the whole city and the beach too. We ended up spending a lot of time by the pool instead of going to the beach, but were very happy to do so. The apartment itself was well maintained, clean, and comfortable. A bit small, but we didn't mind and we had a great time staying there. If you're more than 2 people it would be too cramped (I'm not sure if they offer that as an option, but just a heads up) but for 2 people it's a perfect size. If you're a couple and want a calm, relaxed vacation with the best pool you can get, we'd highly recommend staying here!

I really liked the location of the hotel: on the mountain, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Yes, you have to climb some steep stairs, but it's good cardio for those who like to lie by the pool like me. The room is equipped with a small kitchen. Very comfortably. There is a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, dishes, and washing machine. Room cleaning was done every 3 days. Good water pressure in the shower. The pool is on the roof. The view is simply stunning and you can watch the sunset every evening. My manager was Joy. She helped with all my questions. I really liked the hotel and would consider to stay in it again in the future.

The walls are very thin and you can hear everything that happens in the neighboring rooms. But it should be noted that the neighbors immediately understood that they were causing discomfort and muted the volume of TV, music or conversations

Really liked the room. Depending on which room varies the view of course. So some people may have a much better view. But the pools has a great view. The infinity pool is fantastic. Perfect for the end of the day to watchthe sunset. The staff were very attentive

You have only set hours for the reception. They do not have anybody on the desk outside of these hours. But they do have a very responsive whats app. They were flexible with check out, but if it's outside of 9am till 5pm do let them know the night before.

The Unity is well maintained, clean and comfortable with full kitchen and private balcony overlooking a lovely green lawn and the rooftops of town. There is parking and a secure entrance to each floor. The complex is on a steep hill a short walk from the main areas, but provides scenic views to compensate. The WiFi connection is excellent; I had several online video meetings without interruption. The pool is nice for a dip and overlooks the town and sea, though some type of drinks and snack service would make it worth spending more time there. The staff were wonderful; Ms Pang efficiently arranged housekeeping services and a taxi with a smile, and Ms Joy was friendly and helpful, meeting me during both arrival and departure, arranging luggage storage, and there is security at night. Overall, a modern, comfortable, clean apartment, close to town, hosted by friendly, helpful staff.
