- location is amazing for Patong, near everything central yet very quiet - room is nice and comfy with a good balcony - room is big with lots of shelves - free soft drinks daily in fridge - bathroom is nice with a lot of space for stuff - bed is big and comfortable - the garden is nice - breakfast was nice, plenty of options - staff was nice - great value for money - it looked like some parts of the hotel are renovated, so we'd like to visit the new rooms next time

-overall things were great, but one suggestion is a bit better cleaning - more attention to dusting surfaces and cleaning the corners on the floor because dust was piling there. -the wardrobe had a bit of a mildew-y smell. -it would be nice to have chocolate spread alongside the jams in the breakfast section

It’s clean and comfortable, has a great pool and a gym. The aircon works well and is quiet. It’s well located for me. They put a birthday cake in my room fridge on the day of my birthday. Nice touch.

The guest wifi has to be reset every time you use your phone but they gave me the password they use that keeps you logged in.

Location was great. About 10 mins or less away from the beach, shopping centre 10 mins or less and plenty of food places. Spa was great. Had a great experience with the spa and had a good massage after a long time. The hotel itself, though central seems isolated from the crowd. It’s quiet so you don’t have the sense like it’s in the thick of the city. Staff were always polite and welcoming. Has complimentary drinks everyday (not alcohol) and plenty TV channels to watch too.

I’m not a fan of having the shower over the bathtub but i guess it’s a design thing so i went with it. Might be hard for elders who need to get into the bathtub, it can be a slip hazard but they do provide an anti-slip mat. Though the mat looked browned and old. The shower head was a bit wonky cos it was spraying water all over, as all old plumbing fittings do. Can’t remove the shower head too. Think the room can do with a bit more light. They use tungsten coloured light so it can seem a bit dark. Room isn’t that soundproofed but not much of an issue.

Location, grounds, pool, restaurant/breakfast, beds, bath/plumbing. Laptop safe. Quiet. Pleasant and helpful staff throughout the property.

Electrical in the room: 1. Excellent lighting throughout except for bathroom sink (poor lighting for shaving). 2. Master control panel by bed was only convenient when in bed. I much prefer to have a light switch on location, not in some far off corner of the room. 3. No electrical outlets by the bed, so not convenient for charging phones.

Room was very comfortable and kept clean, the staff were all very good

The shower room sink hole was choked & water accumulate. On our previous trip, I think 2019, the group of quite elderly & experienced masseurs no longer available. So, the massage was not as good anymore.

Very nice, clean and value for money hotel in Patong beach, in a quiet area inside the Patong beach havoc. 5 minutes walk to the beach and to Bangla road. We were offered a free upgrade from Deluxe room, to Deluxe Suite, and the room and balcony were huge. Very nice included breakfast with a lot of options and changes each day. The pool was nice, not something spectacular. The hotel offers towels for the pool and the beach. There were a lot of spa offers (massage etc), which were a bit more expensive than the parlours of the area.

The daytrip offers were more expensive than found on the tourist shops around (there are more bargaining oportunities there). The charge for the late check out was a bit much (more than 50% of the day cost for 5 hours) and if we wanted more than 5 hours they would charge us a whole day.

The front desk staff were amazing. I forget the names, Yaya and Kat I think...were super helpful with getting us checked in and explaining things throughout our stay. The room was huge, super clean, with the coolest lighting ever in the bathroom, which was clean and well appointed. The hotel is off the main road, so it's absolutely quiet at night. Finally, the pool....we were in there twice a day, it's so nice!

It would be nice if they limited the smoking to the pool bar...or even better, away from the pool area entirely -- but having some people right beside you on the pool chairs chain smoking is a terrible experience.
