The team at Clarian Hotel BP, were great from the moment we walked in. Senior management was walking through the lobby, & noticed we had an infant. Offered to upgrade our room and position us away from the rooftop bar. To ensure a good night rest for the kid. (At no extra cost). This one gesture has made this stay 5 Stars. We did not need to change rooms, as it was manageable. Our departing flight was quite late in the evening, and the hotel offered us a late check-out at 2:00pm to accomodate. Beds were turned down daily, towels replaced at request. Wi-Fi was quite good. Thank you to all at the Clarian Hotel.

Very good location. Right at the entrance there are 2 restaurants and 1 massage place. Very close to the beach and also very close to good restaurants and terraces, 5-7 minutes walking distance to Bangla. The staff was very nice and polite and we loved that we could take beach towels on a daily basis from the Reception Desk.

One of the 2 rooms had AC issues. They struggled for 2 days to fix it. They were fixing it and working for few hours and then it would stop. We had to change the room in the end, not very pleasant to pack again everything and move to a different floor. Very nice rooftop however not sure what was the deal with it as it was always packed with French people and not all of them seemed to stay at this hotel. We tried one evening to find a place to stay but impossible and those people did not seem to be very welcoming. Very loud music until 2 AM, for some people a bit difficult to catch some sleep before 2 AM. Bathroom cleaning could be better, the tiles on the walls were looking greasy and dirty like they have not been cleaned in months, especially in the shower area.

The thing I absolutely loved the most was the location of the hotel- literally not more than 5-6 minutes by foot from Patong beach. Another thing that I was really hoppy for was the nearby cafe, where I found the healthy, kinda balanced food I was looking for. What's more, there were a lot of massage studios, restaurants, markets and little shops near the property. And it was very close to the "center", if I can address it like that. The hotel kept the temperature inside pretty low, which was pretty much our saviour, because the temperatures and humidity outside were killing. The rooms were spaceful enough, kept clean and tidy. Although the only thing I didn't fancy was how close were the rooms. When we steped on the balcony we could literally see in details what our "neighbours" were doing, if they didn't close the curtains. That's how close the rooms were. Other than that, the room was perfect! And another major thing for me, and a kind advice, is the size or, more important, the equipment of the gym. First, there weren't more than 6-7 machines and their condition was very bad. Like they were bought 20 years ago. I don't walk about variety or what's trending in the gym industry at all. It's about their condition. Couldn't use any of the because of that. Secondly, most probably because of the combination of the climate and the size of the gym, it was sooo hard to breathe in that room. I wasn't even 10 minutes into my training session and i could feel how I'm short out of breath. There was an air-conditioner, which only made half of the room colder nothing more. Didn't provide circularion of air inside. But (!) there were new and enough dumbells and barbells, which I found satisfing on top of the flaws. Other than these things my overall rate would be 9/10. I would book a room in Clarian hotel again, If I were to visit Patong again... hopefully i'll do. One more thing.

A hotel where you can be sure everything is convenient and the best is that 1-minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the main night life road. Good service by the hotel staff with thai, arab, indian and english speaking staff. Comfortable rooms with balcony with modern design most importantly, clean! Must try their rooftop bar, good drinks and good sunset view. Considering the location is in patong, after 12.30 there is no sound disturbance as the rooftop closes music at 12.30 or max 1am and this is very normal considering it is a nightlife city. Best turkish food available too and amazing spa which is professional and clean. Overall, my experience at this boutique hotel was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

It was within walking distance to Bangla Night Market, Bars, beach, massage and lots of restaurants. Room mostly quiet except for some loud banging outside the window at night a few times. Rooftop Pool and restaurant and bar. Nice workout facility. Pool towels available in lobby. Allowed to hang out by pool and rooftop bar after checkout. Beach was nice and there was a restaurant across the street with shady deck on the beach to eat and drink.

About 1 hour drive from the Airport depending on time of day. Bathroom was small no shelf in shower for soap/shampoo dispensers. 2000 baht CASH deposit required so make sure you have exchanged money before check in. Refunded at checkout, make sure and keep receipt. Street in front of hotel busy with bad traffic so if being picked up will be difficult for taxi or grab driver to get in an out. Hotel kind of tucked back behind two resturants with a hallway between them to the lobby so you have to look for how to get into the hotel when first checking in.

Whether you are there for the beach or for night entertainment the location is hard to beat. Compared to similar standard hotels in Bangkok, your initial reaction may be that it is a bit pricey but when considering the comparably high cost for individual transport in Phuket and the time you can waste in traffic the price is right. I did not really explore the facilities but in the room there was a full set of amenities. I also very much liked the spread and quality of food of the breakfast buffet.

I came with a rental car. There are no lots on the premises.

Hotel has a great location just on the beach. It's easy to locate, there's a line of trees blocking the wind and many necessary shops nearby. One of the best-rated motorcycle rent station is within walking distance. You can go straight from gym to pool which is great. Reception is helpful and it looks really special.

The balcony was 1.5m from another room's balcony so we couldn't always open the curtains. The food and cocktails on the rooftop bar weren't that good and bit too expensive compared to other places. Gym has old cardio equipment and not enough heavy weights.
