Perfect hotel for a family. Location is great in the middle of everything 5min walk to the beach 10min walk to Bangla Road. Staff are amazing and helpful great room with beautiful mountain view.

I would skip breakfast as options are limited and sometimes there would be no food to eat

LOCATION: It was central of Pa Tong and the distance to the beach was amazingly near, walkable distance. There’s two 7-11 right beside and in front of The Lunar Patong. Walkable distance to night markets like buffalo market, central market and jungceylon mall. FACILITIES: Hotel breakfast buffet was not too bad, 250 baht and it is constantly filled up by service staff. The pool along the hotel exterior is well designed and clean. Toilets outside of the hotel room (within the hotel) is great and clean too. SERVICE: The service is exceptional, very friendly and helpful. 24/7 security and felt extremely safe staying here. As it is close to the beach, they provide beach mats, slippers and blue towels provided for the pool use. We came during Songkran festival but didn’t see anyone splashing water so if you like to get splashed, either Bangkok or Pattaya is better but Phuket is good for shopping, beach vibes, eating and drinking. Much more tourists, so english is comfortable for them here. Summarised, this hotel is perfect for a getaway to the beach, feeling safe and comfortable while enjoying great Thai food and local scenery.

The room door could have additional locks, and an extra keycard (as when we went out our room facilities will be switched off, making it hot and humid when we return).

First of all, our stay was definitely cheaper than other hotels around Patong Beach. It was close to beach with walk distance of 500 meters. The rooms were clean, except the some stains in the couch. The sanitaries were decent. But I would have loved if toothbrush and toothpaste was included. And hair conditioner too. The staff was cleaning our rooms everyday, which I really liked. All the staffs were very friendly and helpful. During our stay, the internet and TV, also room phone was quite unstable, working some times and won’t work most of the time. Breakfast was quite decent.

Internet was out almost most days of our stay. But they fixed it and it worked last 2 days of our stay. Also the couch was full of stains. Would recommend to clean it or replace it.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful; they would go out of their way to help customers. The location is perfect: just far enough from Bangla road for a good break and sleep, but close enough that you can still walk back to the busy streets. Loads of restaurants, bars, currency exchange, massage, 7-eleven just outside the hotel. Patong beach is 6 minutes walk away. They also provide beach towels.

The friendly and helpful staff, who patiently dealt with too many guests who thought they were more important than everyone else. The suite was absolutely beautiful, wrought an emotional response, and that is how stunning it really was. The property is also in an excellent location to be able to access all the best that Phuket and Patong have to offer. I can't imagine staying anywhere else when I visit in the future.

Too many guests were downright rude and aggressive toward staff with no good reason. Eg. If you agree that you were smoking in a room or suite. Pay the fine. Don't threaten staff that is completely unacceptable behaviour. Some common areas of the property are in need of renovation to match the standard of the accommodation.

The swimming pool in the rooms is great for relaxing and cooling off after a long day. The staff very friendly and smiling. overall quite clean. Great shower.

We booked a room for 2 + 1 child 8 years old. They didn't give us sheets for the sofa, and asked 500 bhats for extra bed.

It was good overall

Upgraded room to the executive suite, beautiful large suite sitting directly above the main drag. Massive balcony. Plenty to see, plenty to do. 6min walk to beach, 15min walk to Bangla rd. Extended our stay, thanks for the upgrade 😊

Breakfast was average. Not the hotels fault but the neighboring property's obnoxiously loud music trying to attract punters got annoying

Decent location, close to beach, groceries and Bangla Road Comfortable bed and good AC. Friendly staff. Room size is good.

Hotel is older than the photos. Bad sound isolation. Smell in bathroom.

The pool was cool and refreshing. The beds were comfortable and the rooms cool. Clean and tidy.

The pool bar didn’t open while we were there and the restaurant breakfast had limited variety.
