I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel, and I can't speak highly enough of my experience. The air conditioning was exceptional, ensuring a comfortable and cool atmosphere throughout my stay, even on the hottest days. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and it was evident that they take great pride in maintaining a spotless environment. The room was immaculate, and the common areas were consistently well-kept. The TV provided in the room was not only a good size but also offered a wide selection of channels and entertainment options, which was a pleasant surprise. The in-room facilities added convenience to my stay. The powerful shower in the bathroom was a refreshing and invigorating experience, and it's worth noting that the hot water supply was reliable. The staff was not only good but genuinely helpful, always ready to assist with a smile and answer any questions I had. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. What amazed me the most was that all these wonderful features came at an extremely affordable price, well under £12 a night per person. This hotel truly offers outstanding value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and budget-friendly stay.

the location of the hotel was good. the place was quiet. the air-conditioning was good and silent. you can rent scooters from the reception for 5 euro. there is parking place for scooters right in front of the hotel. we left our luggage at the reception for a few hours for free on the day of the checkout, which was nice! city centre can be reached in 5-7 mins walking. a small shopping mall is at 5 mins walking distance. there is a 7eleven 2 mins away.

there is some type of alarm clock they use in the kitchen every 15 mins and it can be easily heard from the room. I mentioned that to the staff many times. every time they said they will fix it but they actually didn't do anything about it. the situation was the same-same for 10 days or so. we stayed on the 3 floor and there is no elevator and it was not so nice to go up and down everyday with all the heat, because there is no AC on the hallway.

I stayed in the hostel portion of this hotel for almost a week - it was such a good experience! The aircon stays on during the day if you’re coming back mid day for a break, which is a huge bonus in Thailand (most shut off 9am-5/6pm). The people working there are SO friendly and helpful. They were able to book a bus to Krabi, door to door transfer for a really good price. Also, it’s nice to have a bistro connected to the hotel in case you’ve had a long day and want to have dinner without going far. Would stay again on my return to Phuket!

Clean, very polite staff. Walking distance to Old Town Phuket. The receptionist who received me was very polite. All staff were attentive and polite. I felt very welcomed. Located near family run restaurants, convenience stores and laundry. My room was clean. Lastly, the hotel consists of a ramen restaurant and a coffee shop to the side. It's interesting because everything runs so smoothly.

Wifi lagged occasionally at night. The safe was not bolted onto anything. I'm confident this will be addressed. Regardless, I would stay again due to the location, cleanliness and friendly staff.

Only downside is taxis do not know it yet, so they have to figure out where they are going. When putting it into Google maps, you need to spell out the Arbern hotel and bistro. I think this is easier if you can write Thai.

We had the pleasure of staying for 2 nights and 3days, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The accommodation was impeccable! spacious, pristine, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. However, what truly set this stay apart was the unparalleled customer service. The staffs consistently went above and beyond to cater to our needs and preferences. A highlight was the tour arrangement. While a similar tour on Kook would have cost us over £500 for two people, the receptionist secured the exact tour package for us at half the price. Moreover, their commitment was evident when they assisted us in securing last-minute tours late into the evening, managing bookings, negotiations, and even coordinating a taxi pick-up from an elephant sanctuary to the airport. Thanks to their dedication and genuine care, our experience was seamless and free from any inconveniences. We felt extremely safe staying there and the location was perfect! Close to a 7/11 store, supermarket, a washing machine shop, street food market, a small mall, attractions and restaurants. Without a doubt, we look forward to returning for another stay. Highly recommended!

The most credit for this stay goes to the whole staff - their service was on the next level. They organized everything you could wish for. Their friendliness was really outstanding. They always informed me about any changes within the Sandbox program. When I arrived they organized food for me and brought it to my room as I had to wait for my test results. They even offered to order food for me during my stay just to make sure I was trying and eating proper Thai food and snacks. The room was really spacious and they supplied fresh towels and water every day if required. As I had to work and attend online university during my time there I really had to rely on the WIFI and I didn't face any issues while I was there. The location was super convenient and you had many different restaurant choices right on your doorstep. If you want to eat really great and super cheap Thaifood I can only recommend the "genuine Thai food" restaurant if you turn right after the Kawasaki shop. I can only recommend this hotel to everyone - you won't regret it.

The only thing that should be noted is that mountain view room has water boilers on the roof which periodically turn on and off. I didn't notice it after a while but if you're sensitive to noise you might take this into consideration.

The hotel is in a great location, near the bus station and a 10 minute walk from the famous Sunday night Market The staff were super friendly and helped me get booked onto a Island Hopping tour for cheaper than advertised on the Internet when I had searched. The hotel is great, very stylish, not very social so if you want a party hostel this isn't it, it's very relaxed and peaceful. I stayed in a female dorm and it was great, clean, felt safe, each of us has a locker for storage - remember to bring a lock. The beds were very comfortable and decent size. There's a common area with sofas, some kitchen appliances including chilled water fountain and toaster and a fridge to store any food. The ramen bar does the best ramen I had the whole trip. Really delicious and there's a bubble tea bar too, also great!

The showers/toilet facilities could do with an update, 2 of the toilets were out of use and one had no lock so left only one available to use during my stay. The showers were OK but water kept going cold and cubicles weren't cleaned and amenities weren't topped up

During period that we stay is super hot season in Thailand, air-condition by it self can stand well we report this and stuff he always care and put him self in our shoes, he even bring us a fan without we ask for it+he decided to fix issue by give another card to be able to keep air-condition open even we not there to keep room temperature cool all the time. This is what client want, some one who actually listen the problem and try to solve it not just said “sorry for inconvenience”

The staff was extremely helpful and they made our stay feel exceptional. I truly recommend the place and don't be afraid of asking them for anything you might be having trouble with. The rooms are very well cleaned and the bed is super comfortable. The space is plentiful too.

The views are not the best, but remember you're in town and you'll probably see rooftops. The shower could be better. There is a weird way to use a hairdryer, no outlet near the mirror so you have to use your phone's camera to see what you're doing with your hair. Maybe another mirror near the outlet would be great. I saw this in another room so it's probably common everywhere.
