Fab area so close to the centre but far enough away to not get the noise, very clean , staff very helpful and a pleasure to be around. Celebrating Sonkran with you all was amazing too and a great experience.

Nothing to majorly dislike , but does need a bit of tarting up in the outside areas , nothing major ! The only thing of concern was how many chlorine tablets were in the pool , it’s ruined our swim wear , this just needs looking at there were far far to many (pool plant operator qualified UK) put into the actual pool not the filter system.

Didn't have enough Sunbeds and shades otherwise we'd love to have used the pool a little bit more and the girl at the bar was rude when I didn't purchase a drink from her and she kept staring at me when I was talking to people in the bar area which I found uncomfortable

Location is excellent, walking distance to Bangla Road, shopping centre and Restaurants. Amazing atmosphere, the staff are always friendly and make you feel more than welcome. Been staying here every holiday over the past several years, previously stayed at bigger resorts, they just don't feel they care to much about their guests.

From the moment I arrived at this hotel, I got an instant 'vibe" about this place, absolutely fantastic, friendly atmosphere and you quickly feel part of the Expat family. Martyn and every single member of staff are the friendliest people I've ever met, every one of them greeted me by name with a smile. The room was very comfortable and spotless, it was cleaned daily with fresh towels, clean bedding and bottled water. The hotel restaurant and bar was good value for money and the food was lovely. Martyn ran this place how a hotel/bar should be run, he takes the time to get to know everyone staying at the hotel, always on hand to help with any questions you might have about your stay, taxis, trips, etc...the bar has something going on most nights, so as a solo traveller it was perfect. The location could not be better, 3 mins to Bangla Rd. 5 minutes to the perfect spot on Patong beach. I cant rate this place highly enough, I spent the best 12 days of my trip here and made some wonderful friends. I will be back as soon as I can! If you're in doubt about booking this hotel, BOOK IT! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED 💯👌❤️

If I have one very slight negative, I struggled with the lighting in my room, but not a big deal

Rooms are a little dated and basic but you get what you pay for.

Lovely little hotel in a quiet place of central Phuket. Comfortable beds, very clean, room serviced daily. Good breakfast choices with excellent coffee. Reliable WiFi. Not far from shopping areas, restaurants & beach. Pool towels provided.

Quite a bit of maintenance needed to bring the rooms to a better standard. Nowhere to dry wet clothes/swimwear. Not enough sun loungers around the pool for the amount of rooms occupied .

English breakfast was very good with real bacon. The pool was clean and warm and a nice length. The location was good, very quiet and abut 200 yds from the main road. the staff were outstanding always cheerful and always helpful.. The rooms were clean and made up daily by friendly staff

Being disabled the walk to the main road was a little far but evert thing else was exceptional
