Spacious and clean room; air conditioning did its job very well; great location of the hotel, in the heart of all activities; plenty of places to dine right next to the hotel; very nice staff; and all this at an incredible price! What more could I have asked for! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything, Hacienda Phuket, you are wonderful and on our next holiday we will definitely come back to you only!

Staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us.

I had to buy ear plugs for sleep time as the party Street was full on till early morning.

The staff are very nice and helpful beside the location and the room size is great

Near Bangla road. Did hear some noise but wasn’t that bad. staff are super friendly, room very clean.

Only one thing; the air conditioner kept turning off and had to turn it back on each time.

Good Location. Very near to Bangla road and 7/11 and very near to Patong beach. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I liked the outdoor environment as well.

Ants.!! There were many ants in the room and they kept attacking our food. They were also in bed. They didn’t provide Shampoo though we asked for it twice and gave some soaps instead. There were a little stains in the curtain and bed. At night time, it was difficult to find any staff to reach out to.

The rooms are nice but basic, no drawers or other areas for clothes besides a wardrobe to hang shirts etc. Power turns off when you leave the room so it takes 20-30 minutes to cool when you return. Other than not having full lighting everywhere it was a nice room and close to Bangla Road shops, restaurants and bars.

No full time receptionist and lack of furniture for clothes.

Great location, close to Bangla road and Patong Beach. Rooms are simple but clean and confortable. Great value for money.

When you shower, most of the floor of the bathroom gets wet.

The rooms are clean and quiet, despite being like 2 minutes away from the Bangla road. They clean the rooms and change towels every day. The guy at the reception is super friendly. You can't ask more for theis price in Patong, especially if you are looking for a quite, clean place to sleep.

The pressure of the water from the shower changes constantly every 2 seconds when you go take a shower. We also had problems with the A/C and its remote control, but we've been offered a room change because of this.

Picaso & Makai is wonderful & super-friendly with us!! Very humble & helpful to our inquiry & needs! We talked & laughed! We booked for 1 night, but ended up staying there for 4 nights!! ❤️ Overall, it was a very enjoyable trip!! The bed is very VERY SPACIOUS! Can literally fit in 3-4 adults! Very comfortable & cozy as well! The toilet is spacious! You are paying affordable prices for such a comfy room!! The best part of this hotel is, there's free car parking at the front of the hotel. And, there's no floor to climb since all rooms are on the ground like chalet concept! There's even table & chairs available for each unit, for us to hang out / smoke / chill. The hotel location is located at the end of the street, making it very private & quiet without disturbances/ street noice from Bangla Road. Ohh.. Bangla Road is only about 200m from the hotel! Super convenient as well since there's tons of eateries & stores nearby. Very strategic location! Walking distance to Bangla Road & Patong Beach! You don't even need to break a sweat! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Overall, highly recommended & we'll surely come back again VERY VERY SOON! 🥰
