The location is great, very close to Bangla Road. The street is closed to cars, and vehicles can enter with permission.

When we got to the accommodation, we were directed to the room, but the room was not ready, so we had to wait while they prepared it. The bathroom is old, and the floor level of the shower cabin is the same as the floor level of the whole bathroom, so when you shower, you flood the whole bathroom. The sink is very very small. Since we are smokers and we did not get a room with a balcony, we had to go down to the hotel lobby or outside to smoke.

We rent stayed at BH Baan Paradise Hotel and it was an outstanding experience. The staff were exceptionally professional and welcoming, ensuring all our needs were met with genuine warmth. The hotel’s prime location made exploring the Patong incredibly convenient, while still providing a peaceful retreat. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Would happily stay again

What a wonderful stay. I was there for 9 days and the staff are absolutely the stars of the place. ❤️ As a solo traveler Gun and the team made me feel safe and were able to advice on any activities I needed to do🎉. Great restaurants and markets around the location. The location is far enough to enjoy a bit of quiet and close enough to visit the famous Bangla Road. I took a walk there every night and it was safe and close ... I loved it. ☀️🔥

I was on the 4th floor and the lift was not working. I didn't mind it was a good work out. I have no complaints on the place It was good value for money. There were stains on the walls but I could live with it.

The ac was kind of old and not that powerfull The bathroom was a little outdated and felt a bit unclean.

For value of the money, it was really great hotel! Clean, nice, big rooms. Offered excursions, laundry services etc. Has small pool inside. Really big plus is a location, was close to everything. Also nice staff!

We stayed here 9 nights and every night were asking for glass of white wine or sparkling wine which was in menu, but every day they said it is not available. That seemed strange. If there is no things for so long time, take it off the menu.

First of all, the owners and staff are super friendly, helpful and goes above n beyond. Sham made the strongest Long Island Ice Tea I ever had 😜 The rooms are beautiful and have comfortable beds. And the location is just spot on.

Perhaps the only little thing was that there was a water shortage in the area and sometimes we didn't have cold water in the shower. But everything else was top notch.

We stayed here for the Phuket Sandbox program and were more than happy! The employees were always super friendly and helpful with all the paperwork for entering Thailand and arranged airport transfer and PCR booking. When we had to postpone our trip they even made it super easy to come two weeks later without any extra costs. Every Tuesday and Thursday there is a free dinner with tasty food where you can get to know the employees and other guests.

The hotel is located right in the centre of Patong close to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants of all varieties. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Everywhere in the hotel was spotless. The room was amply equipped for a short stay. The bathroom was sufficient for my needs. I slept well on both nights and the bed was comfortable. There were no noise issues there. Would highly recommend this hotel for visitors to Patong.
