The staff were friendly and accomodating to me during my stay. Locations is great - hotel has a good restaurant and food is readily available and accessible all around. Bangla road is just across the road for great nightlife. And the beach is so close, too!Many stalls and shops to buy stuff like singlets, shirts, beach wear, sunglasses, footwear, etc and great seafood restaurants and stalls, too - my favorite!

One thing I don't really like is the bathroom bath area shower curtain doesn't block the water from wetting the whole floor during a shower, making the floor tiles really slippery. I slipped and nearly fell and it was scary!

Excellent location right in the heart of Patong. The room was clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I asked for a room at the top floor and got it. There was a little noise from the clubs and bars around, but it was never disturbing. The restaurant is particularly good and reasonably priced. Great value for money.

The american-style shower was unnecessary. Wi-Fi was a disappointment. It was slow and I had to re-connect and type-in the password several times a day.

The location is the plus point. It is very nearby to Patong Bangla Walking Street and you can walk to any places from here. Still no issues with sound and light. The hotel have a really good restaurant and you can have many seafood dishes from here. There is enough light in the room and you will get a small balcony as well. All the amenities were good and working. They will take an security deposit from you.

Room size is not big and same with bathroom. Also the lift closes too fast, so mind if you are traveling with your kids.

Staff were excellent - combined with fantastic location / comfortable and clean room - made a request fir high floor which was provided - their restraunt was great value and the food was excellent this included breakfast and other meals during the day - quality fantastic - they also sell fresh fruit packages as part of the restraunt again unbeatable value with extremely friendly staff

Near to everything and. ..., no noise at all!! (6th floor)....very great food at a very reasonable price!!

Sometimes in the peak of the dinner hour (restaurant is always busy because of the great food!) happened that there was no staff at reception desk...just a small problem!

everything was perfect

The room is spotless clean, the check-in and check-out very fast, the location is perfect (in the middle of the entertainment area, but somehow quiet and no problem to sleep), the food is amazing. Quality price report is excellent.
