Spacious rooms, friendly staff especially reception, beach was about 800 metres away but very quiet beach Enjoyed looking out onto the golf course.

Unless you have some form of transport is a reasonable walk to the shopping area, especially in the Thailand heat. Think it would be better having a set electricity price set into the costs when making the reservation. Just simplify the process.

Very nice unit, spacious clean, two balconies on second floor. We used the fans primarily to cool the room and air conditioning at times and for sleeping. Our weeks electricity was only 640 baht, which we thought was very fair. The furniture was very comfortable to lounge on both inside and out. We loved the surroundings, very beautifully kept backing on to a golf course. Very quiet, lovely sounds of birds. We enjoyed the pool, it was very large and very warm to swim in. This was our second time staying here, we would happily come back again. We rented a scooter from nearby, so we could easily get around to explore Phuket. The beach is an easy walk of about 20 minutes. We enjoyed swimming at the beach and the sunsets were gorgeous. The hotel staff were lovely and friendly. They set up a taxi for early morning so we could catch our flight. Lovely stay, felt like we were very much at home!

Honestly everything was perfect, its a nice accommodation, nice area and a nice quite location , the view was absolutely fabulous and the staff are very welcoming and helpful.

After the booking was confirmed I received a message from the hotel saying that the electricity is paid separately, for 4 nights it was 800bhat which is not bad I just wish I was informed before proceeding with the booking? And they ask for a 5000 bhat deposit amount which was actually returned as is, but it would have been good to know before arriving there cause it would’ve difficult if I didn’t have that amount on me.

Room fully equipped, well maintained, very clean. Large room of 65 sqm overlooking pool and golf course. I consider it excellent value with a low basic price, and a fair deal to charge separately for cleaning and electricity as consumed. I have no complaints and will stay again on my future business trips to Phuket. As I bring my own car and go for meetings all over the island the actual location is not really relevant for me.

There was nothing worth mentioning that I did not like. The pool could be a bit deeper, but other than that it is clean and very well maintained! The pool water was a bit on the too warm side - but some may like that.

I believe the main reason for previously given negative reviews is, that the guests mistook this for a hotel, where it is rather an Airbnb condo. Still it has a small reception with very friendly and helpful staff. Well, it isn't new but considering the climate reasonably well maintained and everything there you would need: kitchenette with stove, microwave, toaster, water kettle and all necessities to prepare and eat a small meal. Very spacious. Within Laguna Area this is certainly the cheapest and value for money is excellent.

Only thing they should improve or at least mention clearly, so one could prepare: they provide 2 bath towels and 2 pool towels per room and change them only every three days. No hand towels provided. This is certainly not to generous, considering the climate and also the reason, why most people travel there: beach and pool.

Allamanda 3. (main building) is located next to 9th tee boxes. Easy and quick check-in. One night electricity deposit 100THB. Renowated kitchen and big fridge. Excellent semi firm bed.

Terrible sewer smell from bathroom. Keep lights on and door closed and ventilation takes care of that. Living area stand light broken, deadly electricity hazard. Really bad television setup, cannot use HDMI, only owner’s? google account and apps.

Close to Bang Tao and Layan beaches, with good choice of restaurants/bars. Free, on demand, shuttle buses to Canal Village, Laguna Beach and Boat Avenue. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Apartment was excellent, and spacious, with two en-suite bedrooms.

The accommodation has an excellent kitchen with a full size refrigerator and is well set up with plenty of cookware , glassware and crockery, making it easy to be self sufficient. The living area is spacious and has a large balcony to enjoy the view over the pool and golf course.

It's a little further to the beach than we expected.
