The attractiveness of the resort; swimming in the streams within the resort; beautiful location of one of the outside breakfast resorts under the canopy

The coffee at breakfast was often lukewarm. There was a long wait for reception to answer the telephone; facilities in the bedroom were not explained or documented on how they worked; I had to telephone reception to find out how one of the lights was switched off which was from a hidden control pad.

SMooth check-in and out. Friendly and helpful staff. Peace and quiet. Good F&B selections .. a bit pricey but value for money. Nice beach well maintained. Good conference facilities. Sheltered connection links between buildings.

Sunken bathtub in room not safe for elderly. Room lighting too dim ... need adjustable control. Shuttle service to the malls could leave 1 hour earlier .

Breakfast was served on a pontoon, lovely at 7.00 am and served a wide range of foods, lovely Thai food. The staff were so amazing. The gym was very handy to use in the afternoon, air conditioned with a variety of equipments. The beach is priceless for the evening sunset and walking early morning. The beach restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel. Will return definitely next year. Thank you very much.

Only negative but out of our control were the jellyfish in the water which occurred due to the weather conditions we had, been here several times and this was the first to see them. You vould swim but they were around. The alternative was swimming in the Xana pool, which was fine.

Great pool choice, bed was super comfy, breakfast variety was great, never difficult to get a sunbed, grounds of the hotel are beautiful, rooms are very spacious, pool bar food was nice, right on the beach which is also beautiful. We were greeted with a drink and cool towel on arrival which we thought was a nice touch, staff and security are very helpful.

Rooms do need a bit of a revamp, more so the bathroom, some days we struggled to get hot water and very low pressure. Hotel charged double for drinks compared to the shops on the beach. Hotel is very quiet in the evenings, restaurants/bar is not busy which we didn’t expect, we therefore branched outside of the hotel, on first glance it feels you are not near anything but by the time we had left, we had found lots to do, but the hotel does not advertise this much!

we like it that the hotel is very flexible for us to change the accommodation from 2 bedroom duplex to 2 bedroom single storey. It is nice that the hotel has 2 breakfast sites and they serve slightly different food. the staffs were also amazing at the smaller breakfast area (Bodega). The receptionists manager was excellent, giving us lots if advice on where to go. its a pity I forgot her name after so long. her hubby is an italian. And the other receptionist was excellent too helping us with our request. (Her partner is from Germany). Please give them a good appraisal!

The hotel is fairly big, so needs a lot of walking but they do provide shuttle bus service.

The staff and service were exceptional. All staff were super friendly and always wiling to help. The rooms were a good size. We had the direct pool access room, which was very nice to have. The pool is very long, and has multiple sections and snakes around the hotel. The hotel has shuttles for the laguna area which is very usefull. Once on the beach, you can walk for miles! Breakfast had a very good selection as well. The pool bar and restaurant was great.

There was renovation going on during our stay (which we were not notified of in advance). The hotel is showing it's age in some areas (hence the reason for the renovation), but it's not a show stopper. Food and drinks were expensive on site, so best to go into the little town for meals and drinks.

scenic , deluxe room with river view was so comfortable and well presented , breakfast was really good and included in price . staff couldn’t do enough for you so nice and welcoming , the pool choices were really good and had a massage at the spa which was incredible but a little pricey

drink prices and quality were excessive as there were not many other options nearby service charge and VAT added 20% to every order unusual for Thailand , wifi in the room was intermittent, we ate at both restaurants for steak bbq and Thai buffet not worth the money they were charging both times overall other than breakfast I wasn’t a fan of the food quality

Staff were excellent in all departments throughout our stay. However, we were not advised at initial check-in regarding the need for a cash deposit on our room account in order to charge services to that account. That caused some difficulty on the first night but was sorted with a senior manager at Reception the next day. The "footprint" of the resort complex is enormous and the circulating water taxis were excellent and allowed easy access to different parts of the complex. Dining at the variety of beachside restaurants was excellent with something to meet every taste and budget. The nightly "happy hour" was appreciated. The breakfast at "Marketplace" was excellent and was managed by excellent staff. Housekeeping were excellent, very detail minded and helpful.

No complaints. Major renovation was underway in some areas of the resort but there was no disruption to our stay. We would have appreciated more information regarding services and facilities in the local town which was accessible by shuttle bus. We would have used that service if our stay had been longer than 4 days. Minor amenties (tea and coffee facilities) in the room were disappointing and not consistent with usual provisions in quality resorts.

Breakfast good but busy like a bus station. The swimming pools were fab. Nice food in the restaurants. Quirky boats to the different parts of the hotel. Lots happening on the beach. Very big very busy beach. No rocks. Plenty to walk to. Close to attractions/ destinations for evening meals and Blue Tree Lagoon

Too busy. People everywhere. Towels GONE by 9.30am. All sunloungers reserved well before that and left empty all day with towels on them with no real attempt by staff to manage this. Couldn’t see the shore from the Sun loungers so if you do manage to get one, you have to stay on it for fear it’ll be taken by someone else, and you then can’t see your kids swimming in the sea. Rooms very dated. Initial room balcony faced a wall but they moved us without too much fuss (a little fuss). Charged us an extra £50 per night for having an extra kid. I’d put four people into my search on booking.com and had chosen a four person room so was surprised by this.
