Very convenient hotel in Patong. 1. Probably best value for money I ever had. You get all you need for reasonable price. 2. Friendly and helpful staff. 3. Good location. It's 15 min walk from the beach. And you basically go through the areas which you want to visit - with bars, massage, restaurants. On another hand as it's a bit aside, it's quite at night. 4. Banzaan market is 1 min walk. There you can buy seafood, which will be cooked for you on the 2nd floor, and lots of good quality street food.

I personally liked everything. The only thing I can think about is that if you travel with small children, it may be too far from the ocean. On another side, if you travel with small children I would not recommend Patong at all, there are many better places on Phuket for the big family vacation.

Room is always functional. Rooms are generally clean, with minor wear and tear. Bed is comfy. AC works great. Breakfast is ok,

Always takes 15 minutes to figure out the TV/Cable remotes. Only grounded western electrical outlet (laptop) is by the bathroom sink. Ordered scrambled eggs, came out very runny, had to send it back (I'm usually not the type of person to do this).

Location, Location, location ! 2 mins walk to the night market and seafood market, 4 mins walk to the main shopping malls & Bog C at Patong beach. We stayed 9 days here, room is spotless clean, comfortable bedding gave me good sleep, ready for sea trips in the day. Staff are super friendly, especially Pui, who always tries their best to help! Other reception staff are keen to help too. Gena the trip booking lady at the hotel entrance is also nice and helpful in booking all our sea trips and taxi rides, overall, very impressive ! Will definitely come back for our next trip.

It will be even greater if the hotel lobby’s air-con is set at a cooler temperature, as it’s the very first impression of newly arrival guests towards a quality hotel.

I booked a 12 night stay 11th dec to 23rd dec and asked for a quiet room which i got on the top floor the room was absolutely superb clean spacious great bed and super shower hot and good power , the room was cleaned everyday . All the staff here are absolutely terrific always smiling and very helpful nothing was to much trouble for them . My experince at the u sabai living hotel was top class from checking in to checking out i cant thank all the staff enough. I am hopefully returning to patong again in 2024 and i will definatley be staying at the u sabai living hotel.

The staff was friendly. The prices for the facilities they provided were matching the standard prices. The location was at walking distance from the beach and key places. The hotel was clean and comfortable. For the value the room size was great! The staff also gave us early check-in.

The safe gets locked automatically after some time (seems like after 12 hours) and your codes wont work. We had to call the receptionist everytime to reset. The AC could be more cooler. We went in winters so it was ok, wonder how it will be during summers.

I have stayed in numerous hotels in Patong over the years and U Sabai was the best value that I have ever enjoyed and compares very well with some 4-star places that I have stayed in at four times the price. The room was large, clean, modern and also very well-maintained which is not always the case in these Covid times. I booked a Superior Double room, which cost only slightly more than a standard room and it was very spacious and had a huge balcony with a beautiful potted plant. The shower room was excellent, although the hot water did take a while to come through as it is a centralised system rather than the instant but weak electric units usually found in hotels at this price. There was plenty of storage space and clothes hangers. The location is very close to Banzaan market and easy walking distance to the nightlife at Bangla. It is on a busy street and so is quite noisy up until about midnight even on the fifth floor, but this is to be expected in central Patong and so is not a criticism. The sliding doors to the balcony are effective in blocking the noise and would be closed anyway if you are using the aircon.

I had to turn the fridge on as the thermostat was on setting "0" when I checked in. This has happened to me a few times in the past.

It is clean and the staff is nice and helpful. When we were checking out the guy ( I think he is the owner but not sure) he was kind to offer us to keep our baggage ( we had to wait like 4 more hours before going to airport) he also offered us to take shower and clean towels in case we need it. Was very nice of him. Overall location is good, next to banzaan Market. But slightly further away from the beach.

Everything was good. But I think it is rather a service apartment not a hotel. But definitely, value for the price, clean and people are nice. If you r going for a long period to phuket it is a good choice.

Very nice hotel in a great location about 10 min walk to Bangla road, everything is close to you from 7/11 to a night food market and even a mall. The staff is very friendly and helps you with anything you need. Good value for money, If you are looking for a room with a private shower and a huge bed and that's all you need I would book this place.

Good breakfast, staffs very helpful and friendly. Location is walking distance to Junceylon shopping mall and Bazaan market. Very convenient for eating, massage, pharmacy and everything. Overall is good hotel and certainly value for money.

Bars downstairs could be noisy if stay lower floor.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The latex pillows and mattress were also comfortable.

The location alongside the road is quite busy with a lot of motorbikes travelling pass making the area bit noisy during night time. The facilities of the property were a bit old and the cable TV could hardly watch due to weak signal.
