No kettle in room which was specified in the booking. Tea and coffee making in the very cramped reception area. Difficult for me to find location coming from airport. Man on reception mumbled something about extra charge for payment by card so used up all my cash. left after three nights as the place was too remote for me. very disappointed. No decent restaurants within walking distance.

1) Big room. 2) Walking distance to Jui Tui Shrine & old town. 9 days Vegetarian festival where it is walking distance to the street surrounded by the food stalls . About 10 mins walking to Jui Tui temple where there are over 50 stalls of hawker food and event activities are held there at night. 2) About 15-20mins walking to the Phuket old town. 3) Around 15mins by car to the Pier if you were to go to Phi Phi Lay island and usually the tour agent would provide free transportation as you stay very close to the Pier. After coming back from the island, best thing is you would be the first one to arrive at hotel. 4) washing machine, filtered water vending machine are available but u have not used it.

Cleanliness and the staff's responsiveness to issues. My rooms shower drainage was clogged and water took a while to drain. After bringing up to the staff and heading out for the day, the issue was settled immediately. Beds were comfy, hairdryer had to be borrowed from the front desk with 500 baht refundable deposit. Bottled water and fresh towels were provided every day with room service. There were a lot of good restaurants which were walking distance.

The toilet/bathroom and fridge would make noises at certain intervals which could disturb the sleep sometimes, but not that much of an issue.

The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and the small shop sells a decent range of items for reasonable prices. You can also use their washing machines and dryer for 20/10THB, respectively, and they'll lend you hangers to dry anything else on the balcony!

The only 'downside' for some may be it's location which is a 10-15 minute walk away from the heart of the Old Town. We enjoy a walk so did not mind this, and there are actually a few very nice cafes and restaurants nearby anyway so you don't need to venture too far for food! (Kombucha Bakery / Big Bear Kitchen)

The location is good. Not far from OldTown area. They also have some products for sale at the reception, if you don't want to go to a supermarket. For a long stay, you also have washing machines at a grate price. The room services was nice, they bring water and toilet paper every day. The lady from reception also help me with printing of the paperwork for my next departure.

Even though I used my credit card when booking and before arriving I specified that I want to pay by card, at check-in they asked me to pay cash or if I choose the card option, I will pay more than what is written on the booking. I've arrived very late, so i can not check the room very well. next they i've discovered that `the bed was full of long hair, and the bed and pillows were stained with blood. I`ve ask the ladies from cleaning to take care of this problem, and they changed everything. After that, all was good. The linen and towels were changed as many times as we asked and they were always white, like they ware new.

The location is a bit isolated, but it's forsure doable even if you don't have a bike. It's about a 10 minute walk from Phuket Town, which has a ton of different restaurants. There is also a bus you can take for about 40 baht, that go to a variety of beaches. Check the blue line bus, they're parked near the 7/11

This is clearly underrated. The room was spacious, clean, rather quiet, comfy bed, hot water, AC and a balcony. The staff was very kind and helpful. Very good wifi (>120mbps). Location is also OK, it's close enough to the center but far enough that you can sleep without all the noise. It's also close to a lot of vegetarian restaurants and close to the park if you want to go for a run/walk. Would definitely come back!

The Topaz was a nice surprise. The staff were friendly, and helpful , in particular, the woman at reception. The room was nice, spacious and with a comfortable bed. Bathroom good too. The Topaz isn't in the centre of the Old Town, and that turned out to be nice because there are a number of excellent eateries nearby. I would definitely go back.

1. Location: - Near Phuket Old Town and some night markets. There are many local eateries around here and a market that sells affordable and delicious local food. We love it. E.g: 1pax of Pad Thai is just around 30B. 2. Receptionist: - We met a middle-aged man and a lady, both are very friendly and supportive. They always try to help us with whatever we need. They smile whenever they see us. I love it. You will feel welcomed here. 3. Room & area: - The room is good for us. The residence is very peaceful. The only noise that we can hear sometimes is just the sound of the door closing from the next room, other than that, this place is very quiet and suitable for resting after a long day of exploring. - Note that eateries in this area close very early. From 7-9PM they are already closed. We stayed on Sunday, so there are shops in the old town that are still open to serve foreign guests. - We didn't take picture of the room but I think it is 90% alike with the image on Booking.

1. Location: The location is a bit far from the sea. When you get off the airport, you will not be able to take the minibus (150-200B/person) but you only have 2 options: go by private taxi (45mins, ~600B), or take a public bus (1-1.5h, 100B/person, depart by schedule). If you go by public bus, you will have to walk another ~1.5km from the closest bus station to reach the hotel. 2. Accommodation: - We were in room 415. The water heater in our room was not working. The room will also not have a hair dryer, however, you can go to the reception to borrow and deposit 500B, when you return the hair dryer, they will return the money to you. The light in the room is quite dark, I'm not sure if it is a normal thing in Thai or not, just a heads-up for those who might want a super bright place.

Nice place to stay clean,large room hot water,staff very kind all of them. Minutes away from Pucket Old Town . Automatic washing masine on the ground floor .

A kattel in the room and 2 cofee cups will help and an iron just to rent it wil make the difference or a place were you can iron your clothes
