No kettle in room which was specified in the booking. Tea and coffee making in the very cramped reception area. Difficult for me to find location coming from airport. Man on reception mumbled something about extra charge for payment by card so used up all my cash. left after three nights as the place was too remote for me. very disappointed. No decent restaurants within walking distance.

The location is a bit isolated, but it's forsure doable even if you don't have a bike. It's about a 10 minute walk from Phuket Town, which has a ton of different restaurants. There is also a bus you can take for about 40 baht, that go to a variety of beaches. Check the blue line bus, they're parked near the 7/11

The location is good. Not far from OldTown area. They also have some products for sale at the reception, if you don't want to go to a supermarket. For a long stay, you also have washing machines at a grate price. The room services was nice, they bring water and toilet paper every day. The lady from reception also help me with printing of the paperwork for my next departure.

Even though I used my credit card when booking and before arriving I specified that I want to pay by card, at check-in they asked me to pay cash or if I choose the card option, I will pay more than what is written on the booking. I've arrived very late, so i can not check the room very well. next they i've discovered that `the bed was full of long hair, and the bed and pillows were stained with blood. I`ve ask the ladies from cleaning to take care of this problem, and they changed everything. After that, all was good. The linen and towels were changed as many times as we asked and they were always white, like they ware new.

1. Location: - Near Phuket Old Town and some night markets. There are many local eateries around here and a market that sells affordable and delicious local food. We love it. E.g: 1pax of Pad Thai is just around 30B. 2. Receptionist: - We met a middle-aged man and a lady, both are very friendly and supportive. They always try to help us with whatever we need. They smile whenever they see us. I love it. You will feel welcomed here. 3. Room & area: - The room is good for us. The residence is very peaceful. The only noise that we can hear sometimes is just the sound of the door closing from the next room, other than that, this place is very quiet and suitable for resting after a long day of exploring. - Note that eateries in this area close very early. From 7-9PM they are already closed. We stayed on Sunday, so there are shops in the old town that are still open to serve foreign guests. - We didn't take picture of the room but I think it is 90% alike with the image on Booking.

1. Location: The location is a bit far from the sea. When you get off the airport, you will not be able to take the minibus (150-200B/person) but you only have 2 options: go by private taxi (45mins, ~600B), or take a public bus (1-1.5h, 100B/person, depart by schedule). If you go by public bus, you will have to walk another ~1.5km from the closest bus station to reach the hotel. 2. Accommodation: - We were in room 415. The water heater in our room was not working. The room will also not have a hair dryer, however, you can go to the reception to borrow and deposit 500B, when you return the hair dryer, they will return the money to you. The light in the room is quite dark, I'm not sure if it is a normal thing in Thai or not, just a heads-up for those who might want a super bright place.

Really nice hotel up to standard. One of the comfiest beds we have slept in during our 6 months travelling. Only downside is that it is pretty far from most things you go to see in Phuket. Everywhere is around 30/40mins on a moped but traffic in the area is bad so often took us 40-60mins to get around.

Clean and very nice staff, I didn’t expect to be this good, but actually, the place is very nice, close to the Central Phuket and easy to go to old town.

One thing I like to recommend to them if you really want to fix it. I’m pretty sure it’s about the water pump, since I was on the fifth floor the water pump is working all the time. Somehow it bother me when I sleep. Anyway, I still like the place. Recommended.

The Topaz Phuket exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and attended to my needs promptly. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Overall, my stay at The Topaz Phuket was nothing short of exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, access to washing machines/dryer and a little shop in reception. Room cleaned, towels and linen replaces daily with complimentary bottles of water. Nice balcony with great views. AC worked brilliantly. Very comfy bed.

Nothing it was brilliant

Everything was as advertised and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. I forgot my hat when I checked out, and they shipped it to my address in Bangkok after I contacted them about it. Super grateful to everyone! The room was also clean and housekeeping was available everyday. Location was also nice and a walking distance from shops.

Nothing, everything was great! But it would be nice to have a smart TV in the room. Still super satisfied with everything, though, given the price that I paid for my entire stay!

All things were good. The staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and with enough space. Only transportation to airport needed to be with a Taxi if you have a huge luggage, if not commuting is very close. You may walk to Phuket town and visit Phuket beaches by hiring Motorbike from Chai Motorbike Rental which is 2 km from there. No need to pay to expensive hotels providing same room quality if you would like to go different beaches everyday.I will definetely will come again.
